    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sono stata alla stazione centrale di Napoli da Starbucks e ho provato uno dei frappuccini al cioccolato con l'aggiunta di biscotti e topping al cioccolato, straspaziale! Grazie per il consiglio dato da Marco, ci tornerò sicuramente, è stato bellissimo. Locale pulitissimo, staff eccellente.

    Der Kaffee schmeckt wie immer sehr lecker hier, auch das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett. Hatten auch was zu essen bestellt was natürlich auch warm gemacht wurde das war auch frisch zubereitet. Die Lautstärke ist eher laut da wir uns im Bahnhof befinden und die Tische dürfen gerne öfter abgewischt werden. Ansonsten alles toll wie immer bei Starbucks!☕️

    Che dire… mia figlia ha chiesto un macha e il commesso ci ha risposto! Non te lo consiglio è troppo amaro e decidi in fretta perché siamo in chiusura mi è sembrato poco carino e sinceramente poco cortese come modo per approcciare con un cliente !

    Was looking forward to my first Pumpkin Spice Latte this year. Not only was it very badly done, and I had to correct them because they mixed things up. They also became unfriendly towards me while they made a mistake. (It' a Napolition thing). To add to that she didn't speak English. Be aware the customer doesn't exist here.

    Extremely rude staff! We ordered coffee and sat at a table while waiting for our train. One waiter had already cleared our table, and we were actually just about to leave when another waiter suddenly approached us very rudely and told us that only customers who had ordered something were allowed to sit there. I explained that we had ordered and drunk coffee there, but he replied that he didn’t remember me. Of course he didn’t — he wasn’t even the person who made our coffee! When my boyfriend came over and confirmed that we had placed an order, the waiter rudely asked him if he was “sure.” As if we would just choose to sit at their dirty table and drink their terrible coffee without ordering anything! And speaking of the coffee, we had iced lattes and they were honestly awful. My boyfriend was even ready to show the bank transaction proving that we had paid, but at that point the waiter simply walked away. The whole interaction was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’ve always had a positive impression of Starbucks, and I even enjoy collecting their cups when I travel, but after this experience I didn’t even want to buy one from this location. Very disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this place.

    Ho ordinato un frappuccino a biscotto con un extra di caramello, il mio frappuccino è arrivato con poco e niente di caramello, e inoltre non aveva sapore se non di acqua... ecco molto annacquato...

    Ho provato lo stesso Iced Matcha Latte in Indonesia e l'ho trovato molto più cremoso e intenso. Quello preso qui in Italia mi è sembrato molto acquoso e con un gusto decisamente più debole.”

    I had the worst experience ever when a rude person served me.  I asked and paid for almond milk because I have a milk intolerance but I was given normal milk. I asked for the drink to be remade just when she told me I was annoying her.  She should not be working in customer service.

    Naples Summers hit differently and I had to treat myself to an Iced Coconut Strawberry Matcha. Service: excellent! The service and the hard work of the entire team, Sunday evening around 18 was excellent. The young girl team member acknowledged  every customer with a smile, delivering a speedy and professional service despite the temperature beyond bearable at the Starbucks Kiosk. All the KPI seem to be hit Safety tip to the higher ups: For the wellbeing of both customers and the crew, there should be better measures in place to keep everyone safe and comfortable during extreme temperatures. Starbucks is a large company, and I believe investing in a stronger fan or improved cooling system for kiosks like this should be possible. Looking after employees and customers by providing a cooler environment is a basic health and safety responsibility, especially during a heatwave. I hope Starbucks will consider improving the ventilation and cooling at this location.

    Questa mattina, alle ore 8:29 allo store di Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, ho ordinato un iced latte, chiedendo la sostituzione del latte vaccino con latte di avena essendo io intollerante Già durante l'ordinazione ho notato che i dipendenti ridevano e scherzavano tra loro, prestando poca attenzione alla clientela e ritengo che proprio questa distrazione abbia portato all'errore di preparare la bevanda con latte vaccino anziché con latte di avena, come da me richiesto. Considero l'accaduto particolarmente grave, poiché le richieste relative a intolleranze alimentari dovrebbero essere gestite con la massima attenzione Vi chiedo pertanto di prendere in seria considerazione quanto accaduto, di verificare l'episodio e di adottare le misure necessarie affinché situazioni simili non si ripetano in futuro. Allego lo scontrino

    Adoro i frullati di Starbucks ma in questo punto vendita la pulizia del punto di consumo lascia a desiderare (ovvero nessuno pulisce regolarmente i tavoli). Inoltre il cassiere, frettoloso e scortese, mi ha rifilato una banconota di 5 euro con nastro adesivo che si è rifiutato di riprendere. Era una mia tappa fissa ad ogni passaggio a Napoli, era.

    Marco is an amazing person he is so kind and helpful and he is genuinely amazing to deal with i interacted with him on two occasions once when i got to naples and when i was leaving naples he even gave me a cookie straw what an amazing guy  Thank you Marco for all that you do.
