    Lorenso served me at the till and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I have a nut allergy and was hard for me to understand certain ingredients but Lorenso spoke very good English and managed to grant me an excellent experience! Extremely satisfied and I’ll make sure to come back next time I visit Naples!

    Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, siamo venuti più volte e nonostante il personale sempre diverso sono tutti educati e disponibili. Qui bevo sempre il frappuccino al caramello più buono di Napoli. Consigliato :)

    Sono andato da Starbucks molte volte e questa è stata la prima volta che ho avuto un'esperienza così orribile con il personale non professionale, il ragazzo di nome Marco è un tale mal di testa e non riesco proprio a trovare la posta per segnalare questo problema, ma invece lascio qui questa recensione in modo che le persone possano pensarci due volte prima di sprecare soldi in questo negozio

    Caffè americano, imbevibile !! Fatto con la macchina dell’espresso annaquando il caffè, qualcosa di imbarazzante. Come fa ad essere uno Starbucks??

    Staff were dismissive not helpful when enquiring what was in the sandwich.We recieved the wrong order a green tea not a cappuccino and black coffee Americano not white, cream was specified on the ticket. The man at the end of the line delivering the drinks was rude and angry initially arguing that the order was right until I showed him the receipt.  He made the cappuccino.  I then asked him for milk for the black coffee he turned around and said bye bye waving stating “you are finished”. I then waved the receipt and said I need milk the coffee was filled to the brim and he poured a spot (less than a teaspoon) I said I needed more he became really angry and gave me an espresso cup with milk with the coffee still filled to the brim.  I was so upset and never been treated like that ever before. The coffee tasted like water and the cappuccino tasted  off.
