    My girlfriend say's the experience was 10/10 but she is starbucks biased, for me who am not a fan it was like every other starbucks... It's aight

    感覺店員人數不足，出餐速度很慢，廁所只有一間不太乾淨，WiFi不好用

    The athmosphere can be improved. The interrior is nice, resembling typical styles for the region, however charging spots are only available in the two opposite sides of the sitting area. The WC needs repairment as it was not flashing, no matter how many times the button was pressed.

    Ero a Bologna per una veloce sosta di una giornata, avevo necessità di un posto dove poter lavorare per qualche ora! Dove andare se non sa loro? Bene, mai piu! Prese per caricare i propri device inesistenti. Linea internet, solo esclusivamente per uno dei tuoi dispositivi, e linea telefonica assente. Quindi potevo utilizzare il PC ma non il telefono che ugualmente mi serviva per lavoro..  e ovviamente anche il PC aveva un tempo limitato vista l'assenza di possibilità di ricarica. Servizio discutibile. Ambienti sporchi e mal gestiti. Sicuramente un palazzo storico fantastico, ma lasciato in mani sbagliate

    Vengo ogni tanto, posto bello ma una sola ragazza che serve alle bibite è troppo poco, sopratutto negli orari di punta!

    purtroppo una stella perché mi è stato fatto pagare un prezzo sbagliato e non mi è stato nemmeno dato lo scontrino per poter controllare… avevano già fatto quello successivo e quando ho chiesto hanno detto che non si poteva ristampare

    This is probably the prettiest Starbucks I've ever been to, incorporating the historical building's architecture into the typical Starbucks corporate identity. The seating area was very cozy and inviting and the staff very friendly.

    The place itself is amazing, but the Wi-Fi situation is absolutely terrible. I spent around 40 minutes just trying to get the PIN needed to connect. There is no mobile signal inside, so if you can’t connect to the Wi-Fi, you’re completely stuck. What makes it even worse is that the Wi-Fi code only works for one device and is limited to just two hours. If you’re planning to study, work remotely, or do anything that requires a stable internet connection, this is definitely not the place for you. I noticed that the owners have been replying to reviews about this exact issue for over a year, saying they would fix it, but nothing seems to have changed. At this point, it feels less like a technical problem and more like an intentional policy. Very disappointing.

    If it's crowded, you likely won't have anywhere to sit. Apart from that, it's just like any other Starbucks, but with interesting architecture in the seating area.

    Caffè terribile, qualità scadente in confronto alle miscele italiane. Con i tanti bar locali che offrono caffè fantastici, Starbucks è assolutamente sconsigliato.

    Prendete un caffè o ciò che desiderate ma bevetelo dentro. La saletta interna affrescata su tutte le pareti è un piccolo capolavoro.

    a nice place to get some rest after walking around the city on a hot day like today... Their coffee was decent and not expensive compared to the traditional cafe. I didn't experience any wifi issues discussed in other comments though.

    Vado ogni volta che passo per il Centro Storico. Adoro il Cappuccino con il Decaffeinato perché è cremoso,caldo e gustoso .Ragazzi Giovanissimi, simpatici e molto educati .

    El problema es su limpieza. Estaba lo que le sigue de sucio. El baño una cosa imposible de lo sucio.
