    Personale gentile e cordiale, e posto tenuto abbastanza pulito, anche se si potrebbe fare meglio per il bagno, ma mi rendo conto che la colpa è anche delle persone perciò non li penalizzo più di tanto. Ho ordinato un "Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso" (inaspettatamente buonissimo) e una torta al cioccolato che con grande sorpresa era abbastanza fresca e molto buona. 11 euro ben spesi in fatto di soddisfazione e posto.

    We came here to take a break from the heat and it’s only after you paid for your drinks under the working fans that you can go find a seat where there’s no AC nor fans at all, it’s unbearable in the summer heat… go to the next one 5 minutes away, it’s a better option

    Très bon starbucks. Nous y sommes allés deux fois : une première fois où nous avons attendu assez longtemps, puis une seconde fois où le service a été beaucoup plus rapide. Nous avons pu rester charger nos téléphones, les espaces étaient très agréables. Cependant les toilettes ne sont pas très propres. Toutefois le personnel est très serviable et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire.

    Wybór słodkości naprawdę mnie zaskoczył, we Włoszech widocznie jest bardzo rozmaite menu zarówno kanapek, jak i wypieków na słodko. Ja zdecydowałam się jednak na kawę - frappucino unicorn, którego nigdy wcześniej nie byłam. Obsługa nie była idealnie upjrzema i pomocna, wydawało mi się że niektórzy są w pracy za karę i oburzali się gdy klient wchodził do środka. Ponadto nie zapytano mnie o rozmiar - Pani kasjerka z góry założyła że chce ten największy. Wystrój lokalu minimalistyczny, nie był ani klimatyczny, ani przytulny. Kawa jednak naprawdę mi smakowała, bardzo słodka i truskawkowa - totalnie moje smaki. Byłam zachwycona.

    로마에서 스타벅스를 만나다. 트레비 분수에서 조금 걸어가면 됨. 외관은 좀 외소해 보인다. 그래도 30도를 웃도는 날씨에 아이스아메리카노는 정말 최고니까!

    Les toilettes immondes, vraiment pas à l'image de Starbucks, Mobilier dégradé, poubelle hygiénique à ciel ouvert Honteux pour la marque Très déçue, il faut savoir être à la hauteur des produits que l'on vend Dicton français : on voit la propreté d'un restaurant à la propreté de ses toilettes, je n'ai pas eu envie de consommer rien qu'à cause de ça !!     I visited this starbucks today on my first day in Rome. The wonan that took my order, did not understand my order, one simple fredo cappuccino double, take away, she laughed at me with her coworker, and when i tried to explain my order again, she told me to be quiet! She was extremely rude to me, i felt awkard, and she should be fired. This is no way to treat a tourist, people should be more respectful, i know i was. And of course there was no reason to say that because i was quiet since the beginning. No way I'm taking the rest of the group there again. I know I won't get any responce but the whole experience was very disappointing.
