    Prezzi ingannevoli e personale molto maleducato. Ho avuto un'esperienza davvero pessima allo Starbucks dentro la Stazione Termini. Il totale che mi è stato chiesto di pagare era più alto rispetto ai prezzi mostrati sugli schermi. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, il personale ha liquidato la cosa dicendo che si trattava di un semplice "errore di sistema". ​Non solo i prezzi in questo punto vendita sono più alti rispetto agli altri Starbucks della città, ma non rispettare i prezzi esposti, o giustificarsi con "errori di sistema" che vanno sempre a vantaggio del locale, è un comportamento estremamente disonesto. Come se non bastasse, il personale è stato decisamente maleducato quando abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti, motivo per cui alla fine abbiamo deciso di non comprare nulla. Viaggiatori, fate molta attenzione.

    Service is very slow. A number of customers including myself had to abandon orders to go to trains. Only go if you have at least 25+ minutes until your train.

    El PEOR servicio de todos los Starbucks! Me atendió Valentina! Ella es sumamente grosera, discrimina a los extranjeros, el servicio que da es pésimo y hace que el ir por un Starbucks sea de las peores experiencias en Roma ! Deberían de entrenar mejor al personal ya que la atención al cliente es lo que puede poner el nombre de una cadena muy bajo!

    以前訪れました。こちらはローマの主要な玄関口であるテルミニ駅の美しいテラスエリアに位置しており、旅の合間にいつでも気軽に立ち寄ることができる非常に便利でお洒落なスターバックスです。 この日はイタリアのオリジナルメニューであるピスタチオクリーム入りのクロワッサンを注文したのですが、香ばしく焼き上げられたサクサクの生地の中に、濃厚で風味豊かな驚くほど滑らかなピスタチオクリームがたっぷりと詰まっており、期待を遥かに超える絶品の美味しさでした。駅ナカという非常に多くの人々が行き交う賑やかなロケーションであるにもかかわらず、働いているスタッフの方々が皆さん本当にフレンドリーで親切に対応してくださり、旅の疲れが一気に吹き飛ぶようなとても温かい気持ちになれました。イタリアならではの特別な味わいと最高の居心地を同時に満喫できる、ローマに到着した際にはぜひ立ち寄ってほしい素晴らしい名店です。

    로마에서 먹는 아이스카페모카ㅜ 후기가너무안좋던데 왜그런지모르겠어요. 제가갔을땐 다들 너무 친절하고 카페모카도 한국에서 먹던 맛임.다만 한가지이상한건 너무너무 빨리나온다는거 ...계산하고 pick up하러 넘어가니깐 바로나옴 ㅋㅋ

    Pessimo servizio. Per un muffin esposto in vetrina bisogna fare una seconda fila. Poi per consumarlo, bisogna stare in piedi col piatto perché i posti a sedere sono pochi. Prezzi cari

    Service was somewhat efficient, ordered an matcha oat milk latte and instead got it cheap UHT milk, not lactose intolerant it just tasted bad. I watched the young guy make it in the dairy blender but it took so long in the queue that by that point I didnt complain. Wouldn't recommend. Edited to 2 stars because based on reviews it seems they constantly get drink orders wrong

    Today ordered Frappuccino with strawberry and asked for one shot of coffee -and that was a total disaster .I don’t expect to have exactly the same test for Starbucks as in USA But they gave me a cup of ice with whipped cream .I couldn’t taste strawberry at all and coffee too .Just crushed  ice and whipped cream ((( I hope you guys will learn how to do better

    La cassiera di nome (Valentina), è stata scortese e maleducata nel servizio. Mi dispiace ma Starbucks dovrebbe assumere persone che gli piacerebbe lavorarci, non persone svogliate e maleducate.

    Ambiente molto carino, servizio veloce e gentile. Il cappuccino all’avena non mi è piaciuto molto, sinceramente: era tiepido e sembrava più un caffellatte. I muffins buonissimi!

    ;) 로마에서 몇 안되는 제대로된 아메리카노를 먹을 수 있는 곳. 한국 스벅보다 조금 비싸지만 워낙 비싼 로마 물가 덕분에 싸게 느껴진다. 테이크아웃 컵을 따로 안쓰는 점이 좋다. 다양한 이탈리아 한정 굿즈도 구매 가능하고, 전광판이 근처에 있어서 기차를 기다리기 적합하다

    Really poor experience. The staff were incredibly rude — genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The behaviour was completely unprofessional. Laughing at customers, scoffing, and just an overall dismissive attitude. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and completely ruined what should’ve been a simple stop. This wasn’t just a bad day — it felt like a clear lack of basic customer service standards. The team working around 11am on the 7th of April in particular need serious attention. Would not recommend based on this experience.

    Ho chiesto un cold brew con latte me l’hanno dato senza latte, ho chiesto una cannuccia si sono rifiutati di darmela. Con 5€ di caffè almeno la cannuccia possono darla, l’ho dovuta chiedere a five guys

    Siamo andate io e la mia amica a fare colazione e volevamo prendere entrambe la combo colazione €6.5 che comprendeva croissant, spremuta di arancia e caffè. Oltre al fatto che il prezzo finale era di €18.30 quindi maggiore a quello esposto, io avevo chiesto un caramel macchiato e mi è stato dato un cappuccino.
