    I am very disappointed with the quality of the two drinks I ordered from Starbucks this morning. First, the Iced Caffè Mocha (€4.30) arrived with its usual whipped cream topping completely missing. There were only a few traces of cream left inside the lid, and the taste and texture of the drink were noticeably different from the same drink I have ordered in the past. Second, the quality of the Iced Caffè Latte (€3.00) was equally disappointing. I opened both drinks immediately after receiving the delivery and noticed that the ice cubes in the Iced Caffè Latte were unusually small, which was noticeably different from the same drink I had ordered before. Additionally, I noticed that the delivery rider had arrived at the store quite early and was waiting there. This makes me suspect that the store had only just opened in the morning, which may have resulted in drinks being prepared to such a substandard level. In principle, customers should receive the same standard of product quality regardless of what time of day they place their orders. The quality at this Starbucks location near Centrale is absolutely terrible. I cannot bring myself to drink either of these two drinks.

    Took me 20 mins waiting for my coffee. They offer schiuma proteica but they never have it. No variaty also of croissants. Really bad starbucks. Not according to international standards.

    Sarò stata fortunata ma ho avuto un’esperienza piacevolissima oggi pomeriggio in questo puntò vendita. Premesso che in nessun starbucks d’Italia ho trovato il servizio che normalmente trovo all’estero, almeno mai prima di oggi. Le ragazze in cassa sono state gentilissime, sorridenti e professionali. Grazie!

    Terribile, siamo stati all’esterno nella gabbia di vetro. Caldo infernale ma soprattutto la porta ogni volta che si apre fa un rumore assurdo. Impossibile godersi un caffè in tranquillità. Non abbiamo visto l’ora di andarcene a causa di questo. Come se non bastasse abbiamo atteso quasi mezz’ora per due caffè. Peggior esperienza Starbucks di sempre.

    Asked for iced latte, I received caramel machiato. I also wanted the cinnamon roll to be heated, I received it cold. Not to mention I wanted to eat the pastries there, but they packed them to go *** I did tell the staff I wanted to eat the pastries there (when I saw they were packed), but her answer was : haaa?

    Un buon posto per degustare e poi partire, ottimo proprio per chi viaggia. All’interno della sala c’è il cartellone online con le partenze dei treni molto comodo.

    As far as I remember I've ordered strawberry macha and focaccino to eat. It was really tasty! However the thing I appreciate the most is the kind and helpful service (one lady gave me and my friend a cup with our names - typically to Starbucks - BUT she has drawn the hearts instead of points in letter "i". It was really cute!) Greetings from Poland! <33

    스벅에 커피만드는 레시피가 정해져있을텐데 연하고 안달고… 캬라멜 모카 프라프치노를 시켰는데… 이탈리아가 한국보다 커피가 전반적으로 연한 느낌이 드는데… 이 매장이 가장 연하게 느껴짐. 오늘만 스벅 2번 갔는데… ㅠ.ㅠ(컵도 두개나 샀는데..)

    Ordinato un frappuccino brown sugar, non solo ci hanno messo più di 20 minuti per farlo, non rispettano neanche l'ordine di chi ha fatto prima lo scontrino. Alla fine me ne sono andato senza perché sennò avrei perso il treno.

    Very disappointing experience. The staff were uninterested and quite cold towards customers. They seemed unwilling to help or even take orders properly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. For a Starbucks in central Milan, I expected much better customer service. Definitely needs improvement.
