    Man kann in der App leider keine Punkte sammeln - wird dort nicht akzeptiert. Finde ich  persönlich schade, macht ja doch was aus. Ansonsten habe ich knapp 15 Minuten auf mein Getränk gewartet.

    Bestelling werd slecht aangenomen, ik spreek geen italiaans dus ik omschreef een gebakje wat vervolgens helemaal niet goed word aangeslagen en ik het verkeerde krijg. Ook kan je op de borden niet goed het menu weergeven. Service was daarom niet goed en de tent ziet er van binnen ook niet super fris uit.

    Tappa fissa quando vengo a Milano e devo segnalare che, purtroppo, col passare del tempo la qualità del servizio e la pulizia/manutenzione del locale sono peggiorate...niente di drammatico certamente ma la percezione generale è che il locale stia peggiorando, non migliorando.

    Penso che per Starbucks non sia difficile trovare dipendenti educati. Oggi sono venuto qui e ho ordinato un cappuccino e un brownie. Essendo straniera, parlo italiano. Quando ho chiesto il brownie, la dipendente non ha reagito. Ho pensato che forse non avesse capito la mia pronuncia, quindi l’ho ripetuto. Invece di rispondere con gentilezza, mi ha detto in modo molto infastidito: “Lo so, non c’è bisogno di sollecitarmi.” Anche per una cosa semplice come prendere un ordine, il suo atteggiamento è stato davvero scortese. Non capisco perché Starbucks assuma una persona con un comportamento del genere per lavorare a contatto con i clienti. Inoltre, il brownie era molto duro e sembrava non essere fresco, come se fosse stato preparato o esposto da diversi giorni.

    Really nice staff, when I visit Milan I usually go to this Starbucks since it’s near my house and in confront of the Starbucks in my city it it’s a bit smaller but the stuff is so much faster and nicer. By the time you order ( and paid ) the drink is already prepared. Really recommend to come here.

    Starbucks is, of course, exactly what you expect it to be: reliable, familiar, and apparently impossible for our daughters to walk past, regardless of location, time of day, or actual need for either hydration or caffeine. We have now learned that Starbucks is less a coffee shop and more a compulsory checkpoint on any family itinerary. Historic city center? Starbucks. Charming local café? Starbucks. Freshly brewed Italian espresso for a third of the price? Surprisingly, still Starbucks. That said, the drinks were good, the service was friendly, and it provided a welcome break from sightseeing. At this point, we have accepted that visiting Starbucks is not a choice but simply part of the travel experience. Five stars from the teenagers. Four and a half stars from the parents, who are still trying to understand why one cannot survive a day in Italy without a Frappuccino.

    I go to Starbucks from time to time to grab a coffee, especially because I used to work at Starbucks in the UK and also in Italy opened Starbucks Roastery so I know the standards quite well. Since moving to Italy, I thought that my name “Lauma” can be easy to write as pronounced the same , not like in English because the pronunciation is different when you write a name , but still in Italy they always get wrong. That’s why I started saying “Laima” instead, thinking it would be easier, but somehow they still wrote “Vaina,” which honestly surprised me. However, that’s not even the worst part. What bothered me more was the hygiene. When handing over the drinks cup, staff were putting their fingers inside the cup while passing it to other staff member which really should not happen.

    un posto razzista La dipendente con i lunghi capelli neri e la permanente ha un atteggiamento discriminatorio. Spesso evita intenzionalmente di servirmi correttamente e finge di non sentire quando la chiamo, mentre tratta molto meglio gli uomini. Se dovesse succedere ancora, presenterò un reclamo formale alla sede centrale con il nome della dipendente.

    Bel locale, siamo stati serviti subito e il caffellatte al caramello era davvero delizioso. Le brioche non ci sono piaciute molto, ma sono gusti personali. Per il resto tutto bene. La tettoia fuori dal locale non ripara molto dalla pioggia, ci siamo fermati qualche secondo giusto per vedere il cellulare e le indicazioni a piedi di un itinerario e ci siamo bagnati lo stesso, praticamente serve solo per il sole
