    Кава перегріта і несмачна, людей дуже багато і немає де сісти, в туалетах немає обідків, столи брудні, а розетки не працюють. місце повний хаос. ніколи більше не зайду

    Rude and impatient staff especially Rae who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Have complained to Starbucks on their feedback form let’s see if they act , but hey it’s Starbucks - you ll be back 😑

    We encountered this location on our way to a tour, so we were grateful to be able to get coffee to start the day. The location is big with plenty of inside seating. We ordered lattes and they were both good. Staff was nice and got our order fast.

    The place is usually super busy, but in my personal experiences the staff are always really nice, friendly, and polite, they are always working so hard, the coffee is good, slightly better than the average Starbucks, I haven't tried the food but I've heard from other customers it's pretty good. On my part there are no complaints. But the only thing is the WiFi router sometimes doesn't work but a lot of people are on the wifi router so that's expected, overall 8/10

    Ho pagato 6 € per uno sciroppo estremamente zuccherato e artificiale, con più ghiaccio che altro. Mio marito ha ordinato una bevanda che sembrava un frappè, ma anche quella si è rivelata deludente: praticamente ghiaccio e sciroppo, a un prezzo decisamente eccessivo. Nonostante il locale fosse aperto, abbiamo consumato con le sedie già sollevate sui tavoli perché un dipendente stava lavando il pavimento. Il servizio, inoltre, è stato molto lento. Un'esperienza complessivamente poco piacevole e non all'altezza dei prezzi richiesti.

    This Starbucks is suitable for take-out, not for staying at the place and enjoying your coffee. Unfortunately, this is what most of customers want, though. Coffee itself is good and staff is really very pleasant. But the interior of the café is small and there is no staff to maintain it. People were walking around, searching for a free table, and there is a lot of garbage lying around. The whole café was very busy and somehow chaotic. On the top of that all, there only is one toilet in total for the whole café. There was constantly a line of people standing in front of it. You literally wait much longer for the toilet than in the line to get your coffee at a cash desk. Considering where the café is placed and how busy it is, this could have been solved somehow differently.

    Paghi per una bibita e ti servono gjiaccio! Quando ho contestato il fatto di ricevere solo il fondo del bicchiere del succo che avevo chiesto, mi è stato risposto che "c'è scritto FRESCO" e che avrei dovuto specificare senza ghiaccio, ma in quel caso avrei ricevuto sempte la quantità di succo prevista, cioè il fondo del bicchiere. Ho risposto che avrebbero dovuto specificare meglio sui loro tabelloni pubblicitari perché in italiano FRESCO NON SIGNIFICA SOLO GHIACCIO!

    女性定員が凄く嫌でした。カップに名前を書く決まりがあるのか、名前を何度も聞いて来て、聞こえないの一点張りでした。旅行者が多い、現地の言葉が使えない人だって来る場所なのに、なんの配慮も無く聞こえないと言われました。大きな声で言い名前が書いてあったので伝わった様ですが、分かりましたのひと言も無く、ほんとに不快でした。
