    Terrible experience with a dishonest barista at this location. I ordered a tall cappuccino (priced €3 on the menu). The barista charged me €4.50. When I questioned it, he refused to acknowledge the error until I pulled up the menu photo on my phone and pointed to the price. Only then did he refund me. He then said the “iced version” is €4.50 — which is absurd, since ice is free and this is not standard Starbucks pricing. He initially handed me the largest cup (Venti), charged me grande price (€3.50), and after payment swapped it for a middle-sized cup. When I pointed out the inconsistency, he gave contradictory explanations about which size is which. Then, while I went to the restroom (with my belongings still at the table and my drink half-full), he threw away my coffee. This is not a mistake — this is deliberate targeting of tourists who might not challenge the pricing. Avoid this location.

    Terrible experience. The wait was ridiculously long, and the staff barely listened to customers, doing other things while there was a queue. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Absolute disaster. Never coming back!

    We kwamen hier voor een refreshing drankje op een warme, drukke zomerdag. Het is erg druk waardoor je lang moet wachten. Er zijn heel weinig zitplekken en er komen veel mensen van buiten om alleen gebruik te maken van het toilet. Hierdoor stond er een hele lange rij en kwam ik, na 20 minuten wachten, bij een enorm vies toilet waardoor ik gelijk weg ben gegaan. Ik heb niemand van personeel het toilet zien schoonmaken. Ik zou er niet nogmaals heengaan.

    This Starbucks is Dante's bottom ring of hell in the middle of Florence. The air-conditioning is weak, dripping water in the middle of the outlet, forcing you to navigate buckets and mops. There is no 5G field, and their wifi promises a PIN by email that never arrives! To top it all, patrons are constantly getting locked in the toilet, banging on the door in the hope that someone comes to their rescue!

    Such a wonderful and friendly place. Has a great atmosphere. My friend fell into a 5.5-hour deadly sleep here, and nobody bothered us, but the air conditioners are not cold enough.

    Horrible. The baristas are incredibly disorganized. For the same reason”refreshas,” people who were way behind me in line got their drinks first. They just do not seem to care at all. I prefer the other Starbucks by the Duomo, since they are much better organized. It is a disaster here.

    늘 Starbucks - Firenze Cerretani 지점 가다가 근처라 지나갈 길 있어 방문 상대적으로 조용해서 추천. 잔이나 기념품으로 구매할 것들은 부족함. 아침에 좀 늦게 시작해서 잘 안 갔음.

    Hizmet eksik, hiç hijyen değil, oturma yerleri salon sıcak, internete bağlanmak için fiş deki kod yazılması gerekir yazıldığı halde baglanmadı. Dışarıdan giden yabancı kişinin çoğu zaman internet bağlantısı olmadığı için orada hem internete bağlanmak hem de birseyler içmek için gider. Bizde o amaçla gittik ama hayal kırıklığı.
