    Servizio velice e perfetto. Complimenti a tutto lo Staff, soprattutto a Gia molto che è stata molto simpaticae gentile.

    Everything was great, and the staff were attentive to me 🫶🏻 I always try to pop into Starbucks when I'm abroad to get a mug. It's a pity there are no Starbucks cafés in Ukraine.

    Went there on 15 Sept at around 11am. After I paid for my order, the female staff member who served me threw my receipt onto the table and was very rude the whole time. Been to Starbucks in many countries and this is the only time I felt the service is horrible.

    이쪽 라인이 인터넷 잘안되는곳인데 스벅을 다른데를 갈껄 여기들와서 와이파이라도 잘되면 몰라.. 연결하는데 오만 정보 다쳐야되고 5분마다 다시 연결해야댐 화장실 찌릉내 너무남 ㅠ

    I've traveled quite a bit and generally remain loyal to Starbucks for the consistency of the brand experience. However, today at the Florence location I  encountered an exceptionally unpleasant interaction. The barista on the register, Marcela, was unfriendly and showed minimal effort to engage positively. It's okay to have a bad day, but more concerning, when taking my order, she placed her fingers directly inside the cup at the area where the rim touches one's mouth when drinking 🤢 Additionally, she mispronounced my name, which can happen, but she could've been a 🤏🏼little kinder about it.... The combination of poor service, lack of BASIC courtesy, and most importantly, the hygiene concern, made this visit fall FAR short of Starbucks' usual standards. I would expect better from people who work in a public space with an international standard of courtesy and kindness!!

    Really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The older woman who took our order was extremely rude and unpleasant from the beginning, despite me genuinely trying to be friendly with her. She wasn’t paying attention while taking our order and missed one of the items. When we went to collect everything and asked about the missing item, she immediately insisted that we had never ordered it. We told her that we had, but instead of checking, she simply charged us again. Since she didn’t give us a receipt the first time, I can’t even confirm whether we ended up paying for it twice — and yes, we should have asked for the receipt. What bothered me even more was that while we were sitting down, eating and having our coffee, she came over and took the plate I was still using. I literally had the sandwich in my hand because I was eating part of it, putting it back on the plate between bites, and drinking my coffee. She could have simply asked, “Are you still using this?” before taking it away. The place wasn’t busy at all, so there was really no excuse for the rushed and rude attitude. Overall, she made the whole experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Definitely won’t be coming back to this branch.

    É uno sturbucks come tutti per quanto riguarda cibo e bevande , ciò che non va è l’ambiente troppo angusto , Wi-Fi ci vuole una laurea per abilitarlo e quanto riesci spesso s’interrompe e bisogna ripristinarlo anche perché la rete cellulare è completamente morta

    Terrible experience with a dishonest barista at this location. I ordered a tall cappuccino (priced €3 on the menu). The barista charged me €4.50. When I questioned it, he refused to acknowledge the error until I pulled up the menu photo on my phone and pointed to the price. Only then did he refund me. He then said the “iced version” is €4.50 — which is absurd, since ice is free and this is not standard Starbucks pricing. He initially handed me the largest cup (Venti), charged me grande price (€3.50), and after payment swapped it for a middle-sized cup. When I pointed out the inconsistency, he gave contradictory explanations about which size is which. Then, while I went to the restroom (with my belongings still at the table and my drink half-full), he threw away my coffee. This is not a mistake — this is deliberate targeting of tourists who might not challenge the pricing. Avoid this location.

    Terrible experience. The wait was ridiculously long, and the staff barely listened to customers, doing other things while there was a queue. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Absolute disaster. Never coming back!

    We kwamen hier voor een refreshing drankje op een warme, drukke zomerdag. Het is erg druk waardoor je lang moet wachten. Er zijn heel weinig zitplekken en er komen veel mensen van buiten om alleen gebruik te maken van het toilet. Hierdoor stond er een hele lange rij en kwam ik, na 20 minuten wachten, bij een enorm vies toilet waardoor ik gelijk weg ben gegaan. Ik heb niemand van personeel het toilet zien schoonmaken. Ik zou er niet nogmaals heengaan.

    This Starbucks is Dante's bottom ring of hell in the middle of Florence. The air-conditioning is weak, dripping water in the middle of the outlet, forcing you to navigate buckets and mops. There is no 5G field, and their wifi promises a PIN by email that never arrives! To top it all, patrons are constantly getting locked in the toilet, banging on the door in the hope that someone comes to their rescue!
