    I waited for 20 minutes, and even though I reminded them halfway through, I was still ignored. Turns out they actually forgot my drink.

    Hier geht es nur um Geld.Der laden ist morgens um 11.00 Uhr total verdreckt. Toilette ist Totalschaden und nicht zu benutzen und die Preise passen überhaupt nicht zu Italien und der Kaffee Kultur.

    Malísimo servicio. Fuimos a tomarnos algo por la tarde y descansar un poco y ya lo primero que notamos fue que solo había un baño unisex y tenía el pestillo roto, lo cual hacía muy incómoda la experiencia. Después, cuando fuimos a pedir la mujer que nos atendió aprovechó que no hablábamos italiano para no explicarnos bien las cosas. Para empezar nos cobró 6€ por una bebida que en la carta ponía que eran 5,50€ y nos añadió un suplemento sin explicarnos nada de que se nos iba a cobrar más. En total tuvimos que pagar 6,50€ y le dimos en efectivo 20€, nos tenía que devolver 13,50€ y solo nos dio 3,50€. Cuando se lo dijimos empezó a decirnos que no que nos había dado el billete y lo habríamos perdido y a hablar con su compañero en italiano riéndose mirándonos. La verdad malísima experiencia estuvimos muy incómodos y no volvería nunca más, no por la bebida, sino por el personal y su falta de educación y de profesionalidad.

    🇮🇹 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 🇮🇹 Le specialità di caffè, come sempre ottime, nel cuore di Venezia, vicino al famoso Ponte di Rialto. Per noi è stata una piccola pausa caffè, con la possibilità di utilizzare i servizi igienici. Il caffè e il caffè macchiato erano eccellenti. La visita ai servizi igienici, invece, è stata piuttosto deludente: un solo bagno e una lunga coda. Data la posizione, c’è molto movimento, ma il personale è sempre sul pezzo. Ci tornerò 😀. 🇬🇧 The coffee specialties are as reliably good as ever, right in the heart of Venice near the famous Rialto Bridge. For us, it was a little coffee break with the opportunity to use the restroom. The coffee and latte macchiato were excellent. The restroom visit, however, was rather disappointing: only one toilet and a long queue. Due to the location, it is quite busy, but the staff are very efficient and on the ball. I’ll be back 😀. 🇩🇪 Gewohnt gute Kaffeespezialitäten mitten in Venedig nahe der berühmten Rialtobrücke. Für uns war es eine kleine Kaffeepause mit der Möglichkeit eine Toilette aufzusuchen. Kaffee und Milchkaffee waren ausgezeichnet. Der Toilettenbesuch allerdings ernüchternd: nur eine Toilette und eine lange Warteschlange. Aufgrund der Lage viel Trubel, aber das Personal ist auf Zack. Ich komme wieder 😀.

    De pena. Camarero no devuelve la vuelta bien. Se le dice y pasa olímpicamente. Es penoso que gente así se cargue un negocio. Le da igual claro pero me parece de vergüenza. De 13€ que tenía que devolver solo devuelve 3€.

    Es war dreckig, voll und laut. Die Mitarbeiter waren überfordert, der Preis ist überteuert und das Essen nichts besonderes. Meiden sie lieber Starbucks und gehen sie zu einem lokalen Restaurant oder Bäckerei. Sie bezahlen die Hälfte und es schmeckt bestimmt besser!

    It is obvious that the place is very busy with tourists, but there is only one toilet for all the people and it is extremely dirty and smelly. Ugh!

    Es ist ein typisches Starbucks mit typischen Starbucks-Getränken und Speisen. Außerdem ist es wohl auch das einzige in Venedig. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil sie die Toilette in Einzelteile auflöst. Die Tür schließt nicht von dem einzigen vorhandenen Klo und der Wasserhahn war auch nicht fest, dafür ist es aber eine kostenlose Toilette und dafür bekommt es den Stern von mir zurück

    J’ai pris un matcha ainsi qu’une tranche de banana bread. Les deux étaient très bons et la personne en caisse très aimable. Le Starbucks est plutôt petit et vite bondé, compliqué d’obtenir une place et il y a vite beaucoup de bruits. Chiens acceptés

    Amazing place to spend some time and take a rest when Venice is experiencing scorching heat in mid-summer. Surprisingly there are usually vacant seats before 11h, and more tourists arrive afterwards.

    Senza lode né infamia, si va da Starbucks per "l'esperienza" di un caffè in stile americano. Bevande discrete, non eccellenti ma comunque buone. Servizio ottimo, i dipendenti sono stati gentili e molto molto veloci. Ambiente molto bello, ben tenuto e con posto a sedere (spesso pieno dato il via vai di gente). Consigliato? Si se non si è mai stati in uno Starbucks prima d'ora oppure se non si sa cosa fare, magari meno se si è in visita a Venezia per vedere la bellezza di questa città

    Toiletten sind dreckig, nicht vollständig nutzbar. Schloss defekt, keine WC-Brille, Handtrockner ohne Funktion, Wasserhahn lose. Ein großes Unternehmen lässt einen so hoch besuchten Touristenpunkt so herunterkommen?

    It was a very disappointing visit. An iced drink with a full cup of ice and only 70% full with liquid is unacceptable! The picture was taken before drinking I ordered the new cold foam drink and even showed her the poster of that product from their website in Italian. When I got the drink, my first thought was that she missed the foam on top, because the cup was only 70% full. I saw they were busy so I left, then realised it doesn’t taste like how the new product is supposed to be, then I read the receipt she ordered me a completely wrong drink.
