    The organization here is a disaster. The only place in Venice where we thought we’ll find oat milk and they didn’t have even that… They messed up the order after waiting over 20 minutes in the line. I’d suggest putting a self-service kiosk like in Mc’D instead of a goofy barista…

    Pessima esperienza domenicale. Starbucks non ci vedrà mai più. Mia figlia voleva un semplice latte al caramello. A parte la folle cifra di 6,50,ma ci è stato dato un prodotto che di caramello non aveva nemmeno l'ombra. La commessa alla cassa non capiva una parola di italiano e invece di "Senza caffè" ha capito senza lattosio e ho dovuto spiegarlo in inglese. È un surrogato del vero Starbucks che si trova all'estero dove gentilezza,cordialità e qualche prodotto buono si trova facilmente. Insomma un mero luogo turistico che lascio volentieri a questi per farsi fregare

    Starbucks che non ha nulla da invidiare alle grandi capitali internazionali. Anzi, li trovo pure migliori, tecnologici e più puliti in Italia.

    We waited more than 10 minutes for our order, only to find out that it had been lost. The restroom was in terrible condition: the lock was broken, the faucet was loose, and the hand dryer wasn’t working. There was only one restroom, and there was consistently a line of around 10 people waiting to use it. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from Starbucks.

    I love starbucks but the customer service here is awful, they don’t help you and I needed the wifi but they didn’t even gave me a ticket or support with the passcode

    Il cameriere non sapeva parlare italiano. Continuava a parlarmi in un inglese scarso e io sono italiano… non ho parole. Non ha saputo neanche programmare il POS per effettuare correttamente il pagamento. Dopo 5 minuti è venuto il collega, ITALIANO, che ha sistemato le cose. Senza parole….

    They're very rude here. I bought 60 euros worth of merchandise and asked them if they could fill my water bottle just for the guy to say no fill it up in the bathroom. Ive been to a ton of starbucks all over the world, this is the first on to say no.

    Fui al starbucks y Eleonora nos atendió a mí y a mi amiga y fue muy muy simpática y amigable, además de hablar nuestro idioma nos trató genial, si volvemos a Venezia, volveremos

    They were missing a signature pile place coffee, the baristas did not know what there were making, I had to order a matcha twice and it still didn't taste good. The sink in the bathroom is broken and they have boxes where people should be sitting.

    Небольшое помещение. Много народу. Постоянная очередь. Кофе стандартное, хорошее, как и во всех старбаксах. Но очень маленький выбор кружек и упаковок с кофе, которые можно купить домой или в подарок. Это самое бедное кафе в этом плане из всех стран и городов. Несколько видов кружек, пара стаканов и 2 вида кофе в зернах - вот и всё. Из интересного  - можно купить кофеварку фирменную ))

    現地調査も兼ねて、スターバックスヴェネツィア店で休憩しました。イタリアでも大人気で店内は混雑していて、座る席を確保することに苦労しましたが、メニューやドリンクも安定感があり、店員さんも皆さん気さくでゆっくり過ごせたので良かったです。

    It's a bit crowded and loud with people queuing wrong but the staff is okay and I mean it's Venice. Drinks are good. There are two floors and a wc.
