    Visiting from Puerto Rico and needed to get my Starbucks fixed..... And yes we found one here. I love the food menu they have, and their drink tastes a little different from back home, but still refreshing.,

    Ambiente molto bello, servizio leggermente minore alla norma del format, ho aspettato più di 15 minuti una ciambella che ho dovuto ricordare altrimenti ero ancora lì ad aspettare. Per il resto coerente con quel che è il format, ed il locale è veramente stupendo, e anche in una posizione strategica

    Starbucks inside the Galeria Umberto. Very very pretty a lot of merchendise can be very touristy as well. Staff was a bit weary when i was checking the merchendise. They also mistaken my drink so they changed it.

    Uno dei pochi posti a Napoli in cui puoi trovare bibite e cose da mangiare vegane e senza lattosio. Prezzi alti rispetto alla media dei bar dei dintorni. Staff gentile e disponibilità. Spesso non c'è posto per sedersi. Buon caffè.

    Servizio molto maleducato, avevo chiesto tutt’altro mi hanno servito ciò che non avevo chiesto, le cameriere si sono permesse anche di contrabbattere quando mi avevano assicurata che avrebbero servito ciò che avevo chiesto. Chiedevo una bibita con il caramello e neanche quello mi è stato inserito.

    Cameriere scortesi dopo avermi sbagliato l’ordine e averglielo fatto notare hanno continuato a negarlo.

    オシャレなスタバでした。どうやらバーもあるらしくメニューにはエスプレッソマティーニがありました。私が行った時にはバーがしまってて使えなかったので普通にコーヒーを注文。トイレがあるのはローマにしては良かったのですが、鍵がかかっておりその鍵を開けるためにレシートに書かれているWiFiパスワードが必要で正しく入力したのですが開かず。他のお客さんもやったのですが開かず。本来ならつかえるのでしょぅが今回は運がなかったと言うことで。

    Well maintained Starbucks in a beautiful building. Surprisingly clean despite of many tourists. There are electricity outlet to use with laptop or charging under the sofa. The internet doesn’t working with personal data required. So I gave out my data for nothing :(hence service 2)
