    Vado ogni volta che passo per il Centro Storico. Adoro il Cappuccino con il Decaffeinato perché è cremoso,caldo e gustoso .Ragazzi Giovanissimi, simpatici e molto educati .

    I have never left a Starbucks review, never saw the need as they differ all over the world, until I tried the one in Bologna. The staff went above and beyond to help me over a 4 day visit. Each day they were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They remembered me each day, and even put little messages on my cup. But the best thing they did was to offer to open early so I could get my order on the last day before my next journey. This was so unusual, that it was even commented on by other customers! However this wasn’t needed in the end due to lack of taxis, etc due to recent strike action. We were at a loss how to get across town to the station - but yet again the staff stepped up! Carolina looked up the buses, explained where to pick up and get off, and generally made a bad day better. What an amazing place to start your day!!

    Ottima esperienza e parlo da ex assistente manager a Londra che capisco comunque essere una realtà molto più busy. Standard di cibo e bevande completamente rispettati, per quanto riguarda la routine di preparazione avrei preferito vedere una sola persona in handoff area e due in cassa ad affiancarsi in modo che la cassa non rimanesse mai sguarnita, ma ripeto nulla che pregiudichi la performance in modo significativo. Pulito e ben fornito, ho addirittura potuto riassaggiare il mio amato Chai Latte, cosa che per esempio a Milano (che ha più di un punto vendita) era stata impossibile. Bravi!

    Oldukça ferah ve güzel bir mağaza. İtalyan kahveleri iyi hoş da, hem boyut olarak küçük hem de soğuk kahve kültürü pek yok. Sıcak havalarda kaçmak iyi oldu. Üstelik en ucuza kahve içtiğim sturbuckslardan biriydi. Dışarıdaki kahve fiyatları ile aynı. 3-4 euro 💶 civarı.

    This has to be one of the most beautiful & cosy Starbucks in Italy! The front of the store looks like a generic Starbucks. But go up the stairs and you feel like you’ve moved back in time. It feels like being in a private library with cosy spaces to sit. The garden view at the back of the café is quite relaxing. I had a cold matcha latte since it was summery HOT. It was delicious with alternative oat milk. Seats…seats…it’s always a struggle to find seats in a small Caffé. If only we can eliminate laptop usage. Sorry folks. For those of us who want to get a seat and enjoy some refreshment, get to this Caffé early! Tip: the wifi code is on your beverage/purchase receipt.
