VERY  occupied,  but  every Starbucks in Rome at summer is like this. Excellent prepared drinks,  also there is a bar area with table service. Very professional and friendly staff,  excellent quality of beverages,  best Starbucks in Rome. Service and the staff are very professional and helpful.

Went here just to get mugs. They had multiple local cities, not just Rome.

For a Starbucks flagship store. It didn’t live up to the name. The process of using wifi was super cumbersome, we paid together for the two of us, apparently the receipt prints a wifi code that you need to access and it can inly be used once. So the other person wouldn’t connect to wifi. The wifi was very slow, i got a better connection at a nearby Mcdonalds. The restrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper at 9:30am in the morning. Would not recommend this location.

Rome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is definitely not your average Starbucks; the design is absolutely stunning, spacious, and feels more like a modern Roman palace. It is the perfect spot to escape the crazy city heat, enjoy excellent air conditioning, and sit down comfortably with a great, familiar iced coffee. While purists might prefer traditional Italian espresso bars, this place offers a fantastic atmosphere, clean restrooms, and a reliable workspace for travelers. A great place to rest and recharge your batteries between exploring the alleys.

The absolute worst Starbucks in the world. They are absolutely disgusting rude, they have limited seating and will kick you out from the “bar” area ( if you could call it that) even if you are actively drinking a drink from the establishment. The tall pale guy in there told us to order a drink or leave. I responded with I have a drink in hand and this no room anywhere else. His response is “that is not my problem,You need to leave immediately”. We didn’t even finish our drinks. The coffee I had was an affogato which is pictured above. It was the worst coffee I had in Italy. Completely regret this purchase, the coffee was not filtered properly and had coffee grinds remaining in the cup.
