    Ova poslovnica Starbucksa u Rimu konstantno je pod opsadom turista, pa računajte na ogromne gužve u koje god doba dana došli. Zbog velikog pritiska, na kave i ostale proizvode čeka se prilično dugo. Što se tiče osoblja, dojam je mješovit – sve ovisi o tome kako je tko raspoložen; neki su zaposlenici profesionalni i trude se podnijeti pritisak, dok drugi baš i ne pokazuju previše ljubaznosti. Dobra opcija ako baš želite Starbucks u Rimu, ali naoružajte se strpljenjem.

    Grande scortesia! La ragazza alla cassa ha risposto in modo scortese ed arrogante. Mai più entrerò da loro nè comprerò tazze dozzinali che non possono essere lavate in lavastoviglie e neanche messe in microonde. Sinceramente non solo ho perso21,90 ma  la cara commessa mi ha anche risposto male.

    Ordino uno smoothie, aspettandomi un frullato. Invece mi portano una bottiglietta di succo di frutta con la scritta smoothie. Faccio notare che lo smoothie è un frullato. Mi rispondono che quello è il loro smoothie. A 7 euro!!! Bella presa per il culo.

    펌킨라떼 정말정말 맛없으니 절대 먹지 말길 그냥 아아나 라떼같이 무난템 드세요 꼭 나도 아아로 하나 더 시킴 로마 여행중에 두 번 방문했는데 직원들 친절했다가 불친절했다가 랜덤뽑기마냥 바뀐다 할아버지같이 연세 든 사람이 커피 만들어줬는데 내 앞에 백인 남성한테는 친절하게 건네주고 웃어줬는데 나한텐 이름부르더니 쌩하니 고개 돌림 빨대도 안주고 짜증나게 뭐하는걸까... 카운터에 있던 수염있는 남자도 내가 이미 말한 거 또 물어보고 발음 꼽 주는 줄 알앗음 마지막에 의무적인 그라치에도 안하더라 다른 곳에선 형식으로라도 하던데 하기 싫엇나?ㅋㅋ 포카치아는 맛있음! 근데 여기 데이터가 너무 안터져서 답답했음 특히 2층이

    I don't recommend. I ordered hot chocolate. I opened the cup and could already smell the coffee. I tried it and I thought I was going to throw up because it wasn't chocolate but chocolate with coffee and I hate coffee. I reported the problem to the staff and they informed me that it was a classic chocolate with milk. It is possible that everything is done in one machine and everything that is poured stinks of coffee.

    Heads up: Starbucks Roma Flagship San Silvestro "Bar Mixato" isn't just another Starbucks. It's Europe's first Starbucks flagship store, and right next to the regular store there's a separate mixology bar. Most people walk past it without even knowing it's there. We actually went into the normal store first, but one of the bar staff spotted us and invited us over. He walked us to the mixology side and explained the whole philosophy behind "Bar Mixato," which made the experience feel special from the very first minute. We ordered three cocktails: a matcha drink and two Cold Brew Lemon Sours, basically a lemony take on an espresso martini. Spectacular. The coffee and lemon combo sounds strange on paper, but it's fresh, smooth and seriously addictive. They also brought us some chips and olives on the house to go with our drinks, a really nice touch. The vibe is much more intimate than the main store. Comfy armchairs, a quieter atmosphere, their own in-house roast, and a private restroom just for bar guests. It feels like a hidden lounge attached to a Starbucks. About prices: yes, it costs more than your usual Starbucks run, and that's worth knowing before you go. This is a mixology bar, not a coffee counter. We paid €30 for three cocktails. For the quality, the service and the experience, it was worth every euro. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.
