    Service deserves 0 stars. We ordered two “croissants salato al cotto” and waited 15 minutes before the staff realized, at 10:30 AM, that they didn’t have them in stock. They offered us replacements but then charged us the price difference. After that, we had to wait again while other customers were served before us. Terrible service and definitely not the standard I would expect from a U.S.-owned company. Very disappointing customer service.

    Great friendly service! Worker let me know that the strawberry matcha frap has milk. I was able to order delicious strawberry acai and an oat milk matcha latte due to my dairy allergy. Thank you for the service and dairy free options. They sell vegan pastries but none gluten free.

    Staff kept making us move out of the queue to stock an already full drinks fridge, whilst there was at least 20 people waiting to be served. Why do this when people are waiting on orders? I have been to multiple Starbucks across the world, this one did not exceed expectations and was poor. Rubbish on tables, and one member of staff even moved along an elderly man that needed to sit down, in 40 degree heat. Do better

    Скажите кто дизайнер/архитектор/инжинер именно этого заведения? Почему при входе в здание мы видим кофейню с очень красивым, современным и дорогим дизайном который завлекает человека зайти туда и купить кофе. Я была очень впечатлена красотой внутреннего дизайна кофейни. НО ПОЧЕМУ ТАМ ТОЛЬКО ОДИН ТУАЛЕТ. Как черт его возьми этот дизайн проект прошел все стадии строительства? Неужели никто из дизайнеров других, строителей или руководства не задавался вопросом как люди будут ходить в туалет? Неужели нельзя было немного обрезать пространства для сидячих мест и добавить еще один санузел который мог бы располагаться еще и на первом этаже ? То есть вы продумали лифт для людей с ограниченными возможностями но продумать коммуникации для еще одного туалета не получается. Хорошо изучив ваш план этажа около туалета (поставили именно в это место для развлечения) понимаешь что хотя бы у сотрудников есть отдельная зона туалетов где им поставили 3 женских и 3 мужских туалета. Это хотя бы лучше. Кондиционер который стоит между двумя дверьми еще один прикол Почему ваше пространство которое располагает и зовет зрителя снаружи, а внутри проводит тест на прочность мочевого пузыря? В чем была идея дизайнера ? Если честно, весь труд дизайнера просто уходит в пустую, когда сталкиваешься с таким неудобством. Старбакс это не пространство которое предполагает собой кофейню grab and go, люди исключительно там работают, разговаривают и проводят время (встречи). Там нужно туалетов побольше

    With so many great little coffee shops in Rome - this is not that.  It’s not going to compete with those places of Italian culture. Instead SB has created a spacious, comfortable, third place. It’s a bit of a refuge to regroup while experiencing the intense sites and crowds in this area near Trevi.  It’s what you’d expect from a high end Starbucks:  outlets. Tables. Lots of different seating options upstairs. Open early. High end food options although this is not a roastery.  It’s more of a reserve level store with a lot of local influence.  Well done.

    Check your drinks first! I found a strand of hair in mine. They did change the drink, rightfully so... but it was very unhygienic. Please be careful on your drink preparation procedures to prevent this from happening again.

    Purtroppo tanta confusione, spesso gli addetti si sbagliano con gli ordini e urlano per chiamare i nomi dei clienti. Un bagno solo a disposizione seppur il locale è molto bello e molto grande, oltretutto sporco.

    Locale gigantesco e frequentatissimo, in pieno centro di Roma, offre un solo bagno per i clienti: terribile!
