It is the perfect spot to escape the crazy city heat, enjoy excellent air conditioning, and sit down comfortably with a great, familiar iced coffee. While purists might prefer traditional Italian espresso bars, this place offers a fantastic atmosphere, clean restrooms, and a reliable workspace for travelers. A great place to rest and recharge your batteries between exploring the alleys.

Jediné co mi vadilo, byly záchody. Byly velice špinavé a všude bylo mokro. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku. Obsluha pracovala velmi rychle a byla jsem překvapená, jak rychle jsem dostala svoji objednávku, s tím kolik tam bylo lidí.

We got two drink and Starbucks merchandise and paid more than 24 Euro. I asked for extra ice for my botttle. And they said they cannot put more ice. Their manager didn’t let them do. I don’t understand why?? This is the first time happening in a Starbucks. It’s just a bunch of ice. It is 35 C outside and I already got several things. Really bad and rude customer service.

Ho chiesto cosa avesse dentro una loro bevanda, in quanto non bevo il latte che mi fa stare male, la ragazza mi ha esplicitamente detto che non può saperlo perché dovrebbe perdere almeno 15 minuti per vedere tutti gli ingredienti. Ho ordinato su fiducia, in quanto mi ha detto che non c'era latte. Quando l'hanno fatto, ho visto che hanno usato il latte vegetale da me richiesto, in più uno vaccino. Loro fanno i soldi sulla gente che sta male, siete una vergogna, da arrestare!! Nel 2026 esiste ancora gente che vende da mangiare e da bere, che non sanno neanche che cosa vendono!! Andate a fare un altro lavoro se dovete mandarci in ospedale!! Vergognosi!!

Esperienza bellissima perchè il personale è molto gentile e professionale. Ho chiesto tante informazioni sui prodotti e mi hanno risposto con tanto garbo e pazienza. Sono veloci e smaltiscono subito la fila. Ambiente tranquillo nonostante sia al centro della città. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Very rude staff treating senior citizens poorly. Don’t go. Sat downstairs and was abruptly and rudely asked to move upstairs. When I exited the downstairs, only then did they rope it off. No softness in the voice, no politeness.

Great little store with a variety of seating options, normal cafe, but also a full bar experience if you want something different They have good but not great AC if you are looking for a break from the heat

Adoro Starbucks... Ok sono italiana e il caffè è rigorosamente espresso,ma io cmq adoro tutte le loro ricette, combinazioni di sapori e gusti! Adoro il Chai tea❤️
