    Fui temprano en la mañana y los baños no tenían agua , una chica llamada Sabrina de cabello colorado muy grosera. Habla a los gritos  y ya no le quedaba crema vegetal y me dió el café casi sin crema . Me dijo no tengo más crema ,me lo lanzo le pedí popote y no me respondió.Su compañero me ayudó . Realmente una mala experiencia y era primera hora de la mañana,no me imagino cuando se llena el local

    Of course we went to Starbucks in Rome! :-) It was nothing like the Starbucks in California.  Oh my gosh, the pastries were AMAZING! I am kicking myself for not taking pictures... The pastries in the morning were changed out for different desserts in the afternoon.  It was amazing.

    Good for a pit stop near the Panteon - summer/heat tip: try upstairs which is cooler and you can sit under the A/C and recharge before heading back out in the heat. Standard Starbucks drinks and some Italy-specific food.

    Entrato solo per utilizzare il bago approfitato per assaggiare il matcha che era solo ghiaccio, due bagni unisex per un locale enorme mi sembra terribile.

    Despite the caramel moccachino being fairly good, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was quite poor — they forgot my order, and even though I clearly said I would be sitting inside, they still served my drink in a plastic cup. The staff didn’t help improve the situation either: the cashier was unpolite and unfriendly, and the barista barely interacted at all, keeping a cold, poker-face attitude throughout. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely unreliable. The PIN required to access it never arrived via email, making it unusable. Trying to rely on mobile data wasn’t an option either, as the signal inside is almost nonexistent (I’m using Iliad). Overall, while the coffee itself was decent, the service, staff attitude, and connectivity issues made the visit frustrating.

    As an American who’s used to my regular Starbucks runs, I was excited to try one here in Rome while traveling. We’re only here for a few days before heading to other countries, so I figured it would be a fun and familiar stop. Unfortunately, this location didn’t leave a great impression. The service was not friendly—no smile, no greeting, and just an overall lack of warmth. I understand it’s a very busy spot, and the staff may be overworked, but even a little kindness would go a long way. The coffee itself was very similar to what I get back home in the States, so no complaints there. However, the cleanliness of the store could definitely be improved. Also, just a heads up to fellow travelers—check for toilet paper before using the restroom. Trust me on that one… not a great experience.

    トールラテ3ユーロ 日本人でも大丈夫なレベルのトイレがあります。おむつ替え台もあります。 2Fでゆったり座れます。周りが混んでるので穴場かも。

    I go to this coffee shop often, but an employee named Mirarin always smiled and kindly, and always remembered me whenever he came hahaha☺️she  is a very warm person. I am so impressed  soioo greetings. I recommend this Starbucks employee so much. Thank you miraryn:)
