    한 직원의 행동이 매우 수상하므로 소지품에 주의하세요. (Be careful with your belongings – very suspicious staff behavior) 잠시 전화를 하러 간 사이 제 소지품(패딩, 맥북 충전기, 보조배터리)이 사라졌습니다. 옆에 있던 목격자가 직원이 목격자에게 물어본 뒤  제 물건을 가져갔다고 알려주어 확인을 시작했습니다. 현장 직원들에게 물어보니 그들은 제 소지품이 무엇인지도 전혀 몰랐고, 직원이 가져갔다는 제 말을 듣고 다른 직원들이 스태프 창고를 뒤졌지만 제 물건은 발견되지 않았습니다. 이후 목격자가 '보라색 염색을 한 여직원'이라고 인상착의를 특정해 주었습니다. 알고 보니 제 소지품을 가져간 직원은 휴식을 취하러 매장을 떠난 상황이었습니다. 매니저의 지시로 기다린 끝에 해당 직원이 나타났고, 그녀는 조금 전 다른 직원들이 수색했을 때는 찾지 못한 제 물건을 창고 안쪽에서 꺼내 왔습니다. 이것은 결코 정상적인 보관 절차가 아닙니다. 1. 왜 손님 물건을 수거하면서 동료들에게 인수인계도 하지 않고 휴식을 떠난 건가요? 2. 왜 다른 직원들이 창고를 확인해도 찾을 수 없을 정도로 은밀한 곳에 제 물건을 두고 자리를 비운 건가요? 목격자가 아니었다면 나머지 직원들은 전혀 몰랐을 것이고, 저는 제 물건들을 영영 잃어버렸을 겁니다. 저는 이 사건을 매우 심각하게 받아들이고 있으며, 스타벅스 이탈리아 본사와 글로벌 고객센터에 정식 항의 메일을 발송할 것입니다.

    아메리카노 두잔 시켰는데 라떼로 두잔 줌 우리만 그랬으면 실수인 줄 알 텐데 우리 말고 다른 학국인들도 아메리카노 말고 라떼로 줌 핑크색머리 직원 주의하시고 다시 한 번 확인하시길

    Friendly staff and loved that they have vegan whipped cream and 3 vegan dessert options! There is also a seating area with charging outlets readily available. Go up escalators and it will be to your left!

    ローマで慣れたスタバのアイスコーヒーが飲めるのは、暑い夏にはありがたい。 ただ、席はゴミがすごく、どの席も汚い。観光客のせい？　コンセントはありました。 清潔で、快適なスタバでないかな。 店員さんは感じよかったです。 値段は日本のほば2倍です。

    Grundsätzlich schön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider meistens völlig überfüllt mit einer ewig langen Warteschlange. Preise zudem höher als z.B. in den Starbucks-Filialen in der Innenstadt. Viel zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bei unserem Besuch wurde auf den Displays dauerhaft nicht das Menü angezeigt, sondern ein Windows-Bildschirm mit der Aufforderung, auf Windows 11 upzudaten. Unprofessionell und damit intransparente Preisstruktur.

    È una tappa fissa alla stazione di Roma Termini, dove le bevande proposte sono sempre ottime. L'unica pecca, come si sa, è il prezzo, un po' alto rispetto a un caffè tradizionale. Per il resto, consiglio vivamente il Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso ☕️

    The Starbucks at Roma Termini is located underground, inside the station’s commercial area near the metro entrances. When I went, it was completely empty, so I got my coffee quickly with no waiting at all. Everything was great — the service was fast, the order was exactly right, and the place is clean and comfortable. It’s a good option if you want a familiar coffee stop while traveling through Rome, especially if you don’t want to wait in busy cafes upstairs. Tip: If you’re in a hurry, this underground location is perfect for a quick grab-and-go without the crowds.

    First time getting a Focaccia and it was yummy! I really did enjoy this. Though the chai latte small size was like half full, so meh. But otherwise, great!

    Tutto sempre buonissimo, dipendenti abbastanza veloci. Nota di merito alle ragazze della cassa super gentili, un po' meno gli addetti alle ordinazioni che sono sicuramente sotto pressione, però un sorriso un più potrebbe essere speciale per qualcuno 😊  unica nota dolente, pochi posti a sedere... Anche se da qualche tempo hanno aggiunto 3 tavoli

    ローマからベネツィアまで寝台列車にて移動する際、２２：３０発車まで時間があったので利用しました。 コンセントもあり、携帯の充電もでき助かりました。

    이태리에서 스벅을 꼭 가야겠다면 어쩔수 없는 선택지. 아아 주문했으나 얼음이 너무 적어 맹탕 커피로 먹다가 버림. 베이커리도 한국 대비 부실하며, 꼭 스벅을 가야겠다는 분들에게만 추천드림. 피지오 등 다른 메뉴는 괜찮을수도.
