    介紹咖啡豆的女士很努力協助客人並提供試喝，讓客人能買到喜歡的咖啡豆，但點飲料後櫃檯準備飲料的亞洲面孔的男服務人員，基本上一點也沒受過培訓吧，在拿了我的杯子後一直不停的捏鼻子搓臉，也看他在念隔壁的同事，給我飲料也用丟的，是不是亞洲人真的就這麼低下，只看到其他人才能微笑甚至鞠躬（在旁觀察他半天的結論…）不論如何，請星巴巴注意員工提供飲品的衛生！

    The employees at this Starbucks have a serious problem, especially some of the Asian staff members. I went there when I had only 8 minutes before my train departed. I told them I was in a hurry and asked if they could speed up the preparation of my drink. They responded rudely, saying, “No, we can’t! Other customers are waiting too and that is disrespectful.” Then they kept yelling non-sense. Basically, they made me wait and seemed to enjoy watching my pain. In the end, they gave me my drink only 2 minutes before my train left. I had to run to the platform with coffee spilling in my hand. Very rude and hostile behavior. They clearly have serious customer service and respect issues. They couldn’t even make the coffee properly, yet they were lecturing me about what is “right.” What a joke. Go get a life people!

    Sono una cliente abituale di Starbucks e non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così pessimo come quello di oggi, 12 aprile, da Gina. Volevo solo informazioni sulle bevande fredde e lei mi ha semplicemente detto "tè verde" senza aggiungere altro. Non la consiglio.

    Ottima esperienza da Starbucks Milano Centrale. Locale moderno, ben organizzato e in una posizione comodissima per chi passa dalla stazione. Servizio rapido, personale gentile e ambiente piacevole dove fermarsi per un caffè o una pausa veloce. Buona scelta di bevande e prodotti, tutto servito con cura. Un punto di riferimento pratico e accogliente nel cuore di Milano.

    Si te gusta Starbucks tienes que visitarlo. El edificio es muy bonito. Es grande y tiene asientos fuera. Hay que hacer cola para entrar.
