    I ordered two coffees and the charged me more than it was, so the lady working there “gave it back” through the dataphone. I didnt get the 30€ back so I asked what went wrong bc I didn’t recieve it, and the manager told me that i had to wait from 3 to 5 working days. It has been WEEKS and I still had not received my money. I had called several times to that starbucks and they would ignore my complaints and sent me to talk with costumer service BUT there is NO costumer service. DONT go to that stsrbucks, actual scammers and racketeers.

    Prima volta che mi capita di trovare uno Starbucks così scarso. Personale maleducato e svogliato, servizio pessimo e, per finire, un matcha davvero immangiabile. Era talmente cattivo che ho dovuto lasciarlo lì perché non si riusciva proprio a bere. Esperienza pessima Maaaai piuuuuuu

    È scandaloso che una compagnia che fattura 35,2 miliardi di dollari all'anno non abbia i soldi per permettersi un copywriter che scriva in modo grammaticalmente corretto "Schengen". Caffè ok ma un po' annacquato

    The worst coffee in my life. I ordered a cold brew and also a capuchino fornmy wife and both were disgusting. The coffee beans are super bad duality and with a very high acidity. Me and my wife couldn't finish the coffee because of the acidity and also super expensive. I cannot believe that the coffee of macdonald's taste better than Starbucks last time here.

    Leider war mein Besuch in dieser Starbucks-Filiale eine grosse Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten fiel auf, dass der Laden nicht besonders sauber war. Mehrere Tische waren verschmutzt und wurden trotz wenig Betrieb über längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Der Service war unfreundlich und wirkte desinteressiert. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Kunden eher als Störung empfunden werden. Auf Fragen wurde nur knapp geantwortet und ein freundlicher Umgang fehlte völlig. Auch die Qualität der Getränke entsprach nicht dem, was man von Starbucks erwartet. Der Kaffee war nur lauwarm und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Für die hohen Preise hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier überhaupt nicht. Schlechte Sauberkeit, unfreundlicher Service und eine enttäuschende Qualität machen diesen Standort für mich zu keiner Empfehlung. Ich werde diese Filiale in Zukunft meiden und hoffe, dass sich Service und Hygiene deutlich verbessern.

    The guy at the till asked me if I wanted a little cookie straw as a snack, and after I said yes & put it in my bag he just adds €2  to my bill… Who does that? Shouldn’t you put the price on items and avoid making customer believe that they’re free if you offer them? 😅😅 Obviously when I get a Takeaway coffee I suppose that the straw is free. I noticed because I only had one item, but I imagine how many people did not realize that they were actually being charged such a high price for a straw? Uncomfortable
