    Leider war mein Besuch in dieser Starbucks-Filiale eine grosse Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten fiel auf, dass der Laden nicht besonders sauber war. Mehrere Tische waren verschmutzt und wurden trotz wenig Betrieb über längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Der Service war unfreundlich und wirkte desinteressiert. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Kunden eher als Störung empfunden werden. Auf Fragen wurde nur knapp geantwortet und ein freundlicher Umgang fehlte völlig. Auch die Qualität der Getränke entsprach nicht dem, was man von Starbucks erwartet. Der Kaffee war nur lauwarm und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Für die hohen Preise hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier überhaupt nicht. Schlechte Sauberkeit, unfreundlicher Service und eine enttäuschende Qualität machen diesen Standort für mich zu keiner Empfehlung. Ich werde diese Filiale in Zukunft meiden und hoffe, dass sich Service und Hygiene deutlich verbessern.

    The guy at the till asked me if I wanted a little cookie straw as a snack, and after I said yes & put it in my bag he just adds €2  to my bill… Who does that? Shouldn’t you put the price on items and avoid making customer believe that they’re free if you offer them? 😅😅 Obviously when I get a Takeaway coffee I suppose that the straw is free. I noticed because I only had one item, but I imagine how many people did not realize that they were actually being charged such a high price for a straw? Uncomfortable

    Incredibly rude staff. Ordered my $8 grande matcha, paid 50 cents for vanilla syrup. Got my drink, tasted it and kindly asked for a little bit more syrup. The staff working behind the counter said I need to go back in line and pay for it. I thought for sure she was mistaken since I did pay for vanilla. She told me I only paid for 1 pump and she would not give me even a little bit more. I told her that she could perhaps learn to treat customers well. Imagine paying $8 for a drink and being asked to pay more because I only paid for specifically 1 pump. Give me a break. Starbucks employees are usually kind. Not at this location. Pretty sure she had blue tape on her nose perhaps covering a nose ring if management wanted to discuss her behavior with her.
