    non so se l’ultima volta sono venuto in questo o quello vocino perché su google nella mappa c’è ne uno molto vicino però le bariste sono gentilissime, dato che are la mia prima volta a provarlo (gliel’ho anche detto) mi hanno regalato un contenitore per bevande firmato con il mio nome! i panini erano buonissimi

    Grabbed a Caramel Waffle Latte venti for €6.50 and added some chocolate €3.80 ,honestly  so good! The latte had the perfect balance of sweet and rich, and the chocolate just made it better. The Asian girl at the counter was really friendly and super quick with my order. Definitely recommend checking out this shop!

    Piccolo negozio Starbucks appena sotto la stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Eravamo alla ricerca di un caffè buono e veloce prima di addentrarci nella città toscana, e così è stato! Cappuccino molto buono e delicato (grande a 4.00€), caffè espresso con panna aggiunta (1.50€ di aggiunta) ben apprezzato e gustato volentieri. Starbucks non sbaglia mai

    Everything was good and coffee was delicious I waited for 5 minutes maybe, but considering that a lot of people were in the restaurant at the time I can say it's understandable. Only 1 restroom was working for all customers unfortunately but apart from that everything was great.

    As a collector of the "Been There" mugs, we searched for what felt like forever to find this location. From platforms 10-12, go down the stairs/escalator to the shopping gallery. Once there go left and continue to follow the left wall down another hallway to a second portion. It looks like you could be walking to nothing, but just stay left. If you hit the fountain on the bottom floor, turn around! You're on the wrong side. You will see an area that shows you outside from above before you go through the doors. The location is middle of the hallway on the left.

    피렌체중앙역 지하상가에 위치하고, 좌석은 별도로 없습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 지상에서 가려면 피렌체 역으로 들어가는것 보다는 지하상가 통로로 내려가면 편한데, 1. 산타마리아노벨라성당 쪽 계단으로 내려가서(정면에는 피렌체 중앙역이, 우측에는 트램 승차장이 보입니다) 2. 내려가서 바로 좌측으로 조금만 가면 스타벅스가 보입니다.

    지금까지 다녀봤던 스타벅스 중에 가장 친절했어요 덕분에 하루 시작을 너무 기분좋게 할 정도로요 손님은 많았지만 회전율이 굉장히 빨라서 별로 기다리지 않아도 바로 음료를 받을 수 있었어요 ♥️

    This Starbucks is in an underground shopping gallery underneath the train station! There might be other ways to access this area (I think it connects to a parking garage) but here is one way to find it. 1. From inside the train station go to tue exact middle of the area where you enter and exit the security area. 2. Turn so your back is facing the tracks (in between platform 11 and 12). 3. Strains ahead is a set of stairs going underground with a sign that says “shopping gallery”. Go down those stairs. 4. There is a map/diagram but I didn’t notice until we were leaving so I didn’t see if it was on there but GO LEFT! 5. Walk until there is a split. To tue left is what I think is a parking garage and to the right is a long hallway. Go right! It’s way down that hallway (shops on both sides).

    Okay! So Extremely hard to find! It's in the train station! We spent over an hour trying to find it. Asked 2 people who spoke English and they we're definitely a help. Go through the shopping plaza to the bottom floor - walk all the way through - enter another set of doors into another lower level shopping- walk down - hang a left and follow that all the way down! This may not Make sense right now but once your inside you'll have an idea of what I'm talking about! Baristas we're very friendly, I got my Italy cups, keychains and limited addition spring coffee bags! For a collector myself this was definitely worth the adventure lol Baristas we're very friendly as well! It is a packed place so be patient while they work hard!

    Lo que esperas de la cadena en cuanto a cafés. Variedades con bebidas vegetales muy buenas. Personal amable. Por lo demás, local demasiado pequeño, sin mesas, que si está concurrido no hay casi espacio por esperar el pedido. Encuentro los precios un poco altos en relación a otros locales de la cadena.

    Finalmente Starbucks a Firenze! Il locale è piccolo ma è quello che basta per un caffè on the go. A seconda del momento rischia di esserci un po' di affollamento e la coda può allungarsi anche nella galleria del sottopassaggio. I prezzi sono gli standard internazionali che si trovano anche negli altri punti vendita. Forse un po' più care le tazze, le tazzine da caffè souvenir vengono 8 euro l'una, così come il portachiavi.
