  Очень вкусные круассаны, но их начинка зависит от конкретного сотрудника на кассе, к сожалению. В одно утро нам парень сделал просто потрясающе, а в другое у девушки было уже совсем другого качества.

  ⭐ UNA STELLA È GIÀ TROPPO! UN'ESPERIENZA GRAVISSIMA, VERGOGNOSA E INACCETTABILE! Sono furiosa e profondamente indignata per quanto accaduto a mio figlio e a una sua amica presso questo Starbucks di Firenze, venerdì 16 ottobre, in mattinata. Dopo aver acquistato e consumato due bevande a base di latte, entrambi hanno iniziato a stare malissimo. Mio figlio ha vomitato ripetutamente, per molte volte, mentre la ragazza ha accusato una forte nausea, protrattasi per tutta la giornata. Le loro condizioni sono state talmente brutte da costringerli a recarsi in farmacia per cercare un primo sollievo e ad acquistare un biglietto per anticipare il rientro, stravolgendo completamente i loro programmi. E nonostante i rimedi acquistati in farmacia, entrambi hanno continuato a stare male. Ma la cosa che trovo ancora più scandalosa è che OGGI, DOMENICA 18 OTTOBRE, A OLTRE 48 ORE DALL'ACCADUTO, MIO FIGLIO STA ANCORA  MALE! Due persone, due bevande acquistate nello stesso locale, entrambe colpite da disturbi gastrointestinali subito dopo: una circostanza che considero estremamente grave e che esige verifiche, non superficialità! QUALI CONTROLLI VENGONO EFFETTUATI SULLA CONSERVAZIONE DEL LATTE, SULLA QUALITÀ DEGLI INGREDIENTI E SULL'IGIENE DELLE ATTREZZATURE? Perché qui non stiamo parlando di un caffè cattivo, di un servizio scadente o di qualche euro buttato via. STIAMO PARLANDO DELLA SALUTE DI DUE RAGAZZI, DI UN RIENTRO FORZATO E DI UN MALESSERE CHE, PER MIO FIGLIO, NON È ANCORA FINITO! Trovo assolutamente intollerabile che un'esperienza del genere possa verificarsi in un locale appartenente a una catena internazionale tanto conosciuta. PRETENDO CHE L'ACCADUTO VENGA PRESO SERIAMENTE, CHE SIANO EFFETTUATE LE DOVUTE VERIFICHE E CHE VENGANO FORNITE SPIEGAZIONI CONCRETE! Non intendo minimizzare, giustificare né lasciar cadere nel silenzio un episodio che ha avuto conseguenze così pesanti. LA SALUTE DEI CLIENTI NON È UN OPTIONAL E IL PRESTIGIO DI UN MARCHIO NON PUÒ SOSTITUIRE LA SICUREZZA DEI PRODOTTI CHE VENDE! ESPERIENZA PESSIMA. INDIGNAZIONE TOTALE. MAI PIÙ!

  I am posting this review not to blame staff but for them to learn from their mistake and act upon it in the future. When I was there this week I specifically ordered almond milk for my drink. Instead they have put regular milk in my coffee instead. I am lactose intolerant and I spent the next 2 hours of my travel with diarrhea and nausea. I hope that they put in much thought when taking and handling orders as some customers have serious medical condition that can be affected from this simple mistake.

  아이스아메리카노 산미가 있네 스벅에서 처음 느꼈다 와이파이 코드 적힌 영수증 줬는데 와이파이는 그 코드가 전혀 필요없고 이메일이랑 전화번호가 필요했다 근데 안되서 결국 못함 무슨 이런 스타벅스가;; 와이파도 안되다니 근데? 서비스는 더 최악이다 샌드위치랑 아이스아메리카노를 시켰고 아메리카노를 먼저 받음 그 후 내 이름을 불렀는지 모르겠으나 이름을 한 번만 부르고 마나? 계속 그 앞에서 기다렸는데 음료 두는 것처럼 샌드위치도 두면 되지 뒤쪽에서 방치되고 있고 그럼 내가 어떻게 가져감? 직원도 내가 그걸 시킨 사람인지 어케 아냐고 기다려서 내 거 안나왔다고 하니까 그제서야 허둥지둥 주는데 그때 지들끼리 내 이름으로 날 찾은 뉘앙스?..를 풍기던데 됐고.. 일을 너무 못한다 환불받고 싶었는데 참았고 완전 최악 피렌체 온 첫 날 부터 더워죽겠는데 여기 직원들 때매 기분 나쁘고 음료랑 샌드위치는 더 맛없었음

  I only bought a cup. I had to wait a very long time near the restroom, which was awful. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and I couldn't find anywhere to sit.

  这家店真的营业员们太好了，特别是Marco 和baby，本来想碰碰运气看看能不能买到杯子，原谅我只是一个游客，在下午5点30点了冰的卡布奇诺🥺🥺，Marco特地把他自己自留的史努比杯子赠予了我，意大利真的是太友好了！！！我爱意大利���?

  Esperienza negativa, Ho preso un caffè espresso,che dovrebbe essere l'emblema di questa azienda, ma non mi ha soddisfatta , qualità non eccelsa ma soprattutto senza schiuma,liscio, non si può fare un caffè del genere da noi in Italia, al banco c'erano  dei ragazzi , penso peruviani...almeno formstei.... e oltretutto a euro 1,70, ben più del costo in genere, ma ci prendete proprio in giro...da non ritornare

  Terrible person on your staff yell at me "get your feet off the furniture this is not your home"... where im from an ottoman is for resting feet if youd like. All he had to say was please no feet on the furniture. Just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you take it oit on the world. Everyone has a day to ge through not just you. And his apology was forced and you can tell he didnt want to be here.. find another job then imo
