    Terrible person on your staff yell at me "get your feet off the furniture this is not your home"... where im from an ottoman is for resting feet if youd like. All he had to say was please no feet on the furniture. Just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you take it oit on the world. Everyone has a day to ge through not just you. And his apology was forced and you can tell he didnt want to be here.. find another job then imo

    En tant qu’adepte de Starbucks et ce dans le monde entier c’est la première fois que je suis déçue. Plus de 20 minutes d’attente pour un Frappuccino. La commande semble s’être perdue (malgré un ticket à 40 euros). Aucune excuse et une équipe qui se renvoie la balle lorsqu’on les relance pour savoir où en est la commande. Une honte.

    Het personeel beveelt een combodeal aan, maar men rekent gewoon alles los af. Niet de juiste manier als je het mij vraagt. De kaastosti was ook nog eens nauwelijks gesmolten. Kortom een hele slechte ervaring bij deze Starbucks.

    i tried ordering an iced caramel banana matcha latte. The first time, they got confused and gave me a different coffee. The second time, it tasted like plain milk and not matcha at all. They really need to improve the training and consistency of their staff.

    Кава перегріта і несмачна, людей дуже багато і немає де сісти, в туалетах немає обідків, столи брудні, а розетки не працюють. місце повний хаос. ніколи більше не зайду

    Rude and impatient staff especially Rae who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Have complained to Starbucks on their feedback form let’s see if they act , but hey it’s Starbucks - you ll be back 😑

    We encountered this location on our way to a tour, so we were grateful to be able to get coffee to start the day. The location is big with plenty of inside seating. We ordered lattes and they were both good. Staff was nice and got our order fast.

    The place is usually super busy, but in my personal experiences the staff are always really nice, friendly, and polite, they are always working so hard, the coffee is good, slightly better than the average Starbucks, I haven't tried the food but I've heard from other customers it's pretty good. On my part there are no complaints. But the only thing is the WiFi router sometimes doesn't work but a lot of people are on the wifi router so that's expected, overall 8/10
