    I must say, Starbucks in Verona is one of the nicest locations I’ve visited in Italy. It offers a spacious, well-designed interior, with plenty of seating, air conditioning, a solid food selection, and a great variety of merchandise – perfect if you’re looking to take home a souvenir. The coffee was excellent, and the food items we tried were also very good. The staff were friendly and did their best, even under clear pressure. That said, it did seem that the shift was understaffed – long queues formed at both the register and the drink pickup area. During peak hours, I believe an additional barista would have made a big difference in reducing wait times. Still, I would definitely recommend this café – for its pleasant atmosphere, quality products, and overall positive experience, despite a few operational challenges.

    Il posto accogliente come al solito, lo staff solare e gentilissimo. Piccola parentesi per Nick che è stato gentilissimo e ha accontentato ogni mio desiderio.

    Personale gentile. Bevande all’altezza degli standard europei! Devo aggiungere purtroppo che c’è un problema con le toilette: ci vorrebbe il codice per consentire l’accesso alla sola clientela del locale. Altrimenti si incappa in spiacevoli situazioni di sporcizia, maleducazione, arroganza da parte di persone che usano il bagno abusivamente e insultano pure i clienti esasperati.. spero la direzione prenda atto della questione..
