    スタバでこんな不快な思いをしたのは初めて。 小さい男性店員は威圧的で、 まだ営業時間内だし、席で飲もうとしたら、(他の店はふつーに営業してるのに)スタバのエリアだけ掃除して座れないようにされた。 トイレのカギを借りたいと言っても、そんなのないと怒鳴られた。わざわざ案内の写真をとってきて説明しても、英語を話してる我々に、「おまえは英語しゃべれるのか？！」という意味不明な英語で会話が成り立たなかった。 スタバでこんな横柄なスタッフがいるなんて信じられなかった。

    Da evitare! Cappuccino lasciato nel bicchiere perché imbevibile. Caffè da meritare di essere cacciati da Napoli. Andate altrove a fare colazione

    It’s a Starbucks at a train station I get it. But to order a doppio espresso, then have like 6 people go ahead with frappe lattes etc and them not even ask if I’m waiting cause I’m sure as heck not waiting for no reason. I get it if they were busy but it was dead. Dead enough for the girl at the register Melki or Malik or whatever to talk to her friend for 5 min and forget my drink. Her co worker at least made the effort to get the doppio out but regardless insane

    I cornetti non sono molto cotti… confermato da una signora accanto a me… in foto è il primo e il secondo che ho fatto cambiare… bad day for them

    Possiamo dire lo stesso che ho appena scritto di Mc Donald's, quando vai a una catena, sai cosa ti troverai. A differenza di Mc, il personale e serviziale.... E l'unico buono che ho da dire. I prezzi, astronomici, pero non avevo tempo ni voglia d'uscire a cercare una colazione decente. I prodotti? Un succo in bottiglia e un cornetto vuoto, che servono per ripienare la pancia, però non per molto più.

    Wasnt expecting much because of all the bad reviews , especially about matcha,but everytime i had it ,it was good,and when asked for extra shot ,made it strong :) all the staff  are polite.

    Lorenso served me at the till and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I have a nut allergy and was hard for me to understand certain ingredients but Lorenso spoke very good English and managed to grant me an excellent experience! Extremely satisfied and I’ll make sure to come back next time I visit Naples!

    Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, siamo venuti più volte e nonostante il personale sempre diverso sono tutti educati e disponibili. Qui bevo sempre il frappuccino al caramello più buono di Napoli. Consigliato :)
