    Mi capita di fermarmi ogni tanto, ma non sempre ho trovato lo stesso livello di servizio; poiché lo ritengo un posto piacevole da frequentare, anche per i residenti e non solo per i turisti, ho notato che la differenza è nelle persone che lo gestiscono e in particolar modo in Cinzia per la professionalità e cura nel lavoro che fa.

    Got to love the Cold Brew Lemon Sour (you can drink it forever) and the Expresso Martini. Complement it with the friendly service, you forget you are sitting in Starbucks. Huge thumbs up.

    Starbucks is a lifesaver! This San Silvestro café is in the center of the city just near the Corso. I stopped in for a iced matcha latte with soy milk. Yum! The staff are very nice and patient with the international customers. Décor inside: clean and modern. Experience: It was good to have a cold drink since it is 87 DEGREES Fahrenheit! Cauldron Hot 🥵 day. There is A/C on the ground floor. A second floor has a lounge feel to it but NO A/C. I am saved by this drink (keeping hydrated) and the seat on the ground floor. +Plus: there’s a toilette on the second floor!…just saying…

    Sono andata una seconda volta e mi sono imbattuta stavolta con un signore con la camicia scura,unico a non portare la divisa, il quale mi ha detto anche un po seccato che il mio drink stesse per arrivare,salvo poi sparire nel nulla e attendere invano finché ho dovuto parlare con una ragazza che si attivata nel prepararlo dopo 15 minuti di attesa nonostante non ci fosse fila. Eppure basterebbe poco a volte...anche solo un sorriso.

    Delicious drinks and wonderful service! Mattia was a pro mixologist making our espresso martinis and Cinzia our server was very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome.

    Dovrebbe essere il miglior Starbucks di Roma ma per me è stato il peggiore non solo per i 20 minuti di attesa per una bevanda sbagliata ma per la disattenzione dei baristi. Forse se i vari Emanuele Paolo e un altro ragazzo di pelle scura non fossero stati impegnati a chiacchierare tra loro magari si sarebbero resi conto che stessero facendo bevande a tutte le persone arrivate molto dopo tranne che alla sottoscritta. Non credo tornerò

    Sono tornata col mio ragazzo per provare l'esperienza drink al mixato e devo fare i complimenti a Mattia che nonostante fosse da solo a gestire tavoli e preparazioni ci ha spiegato accuratamente quale gin potesse fare al caso,ottima sorpresa il cold brew lemon. Se i risultati sono questi vale la pena spendere anche i 2 euro di servizio al tavolo nonostante trattasi pur sempre di Starbucks.

    This location gets busy and can be overcrowded at times, but they have plenty of room downstairs, upstairs (there’s an elevator), or in their Bar Mixato section, where you can order alcohol drinks along with other items. We visited the Mixato section a couple of times and seating was always available. The staff here was super friendly and helpful as well. Tip: If you go for the Bar Mixato section, don’t go to the regular line, go to the Mixato section and grab a seat. They’ll come to you and take your order.

    I came to order a caramel frappuccino and, to my surprise, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. The service was awful, especially from Matta and Adi, who completely ignored me. People who had placed their orders after me were already enjoying their drinks while I was still waiting with no explanation whatsoever. I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero. I won’t be coming back.

Plenty of unique souvenir options. Massive upstairs seating with nearly 100 seats (with elevator!). Toilets are OK, free WiFi with code.
