    Extremely disappointing customer service! The customer service at this Starbucks was absolutely appalling. The two gentlemen serving were extremely rude and seemed to have no interest whatsoever in interacting with customers. When our drinks were ready, they simply dumped them on the counter, yelled out our names, and walked away without even looking at us. The coffee itself was also extremely disappointing. The cup was barely filled, and it was honestly one of the weakest and worst coffees I’ve had in a very long time. When I tried to speak to someone about it, the attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even when ordering, the service was shocking. One of the employees would barely look at you, would walk away halfway through the conversation, and gave the impression that serving customers was an inconvenience to him. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was far beyond that. The entire interaction felt rude, rushed and completely disrespectful. Starbucks should not be upholding this as an acceptable standard of customer service. Very, very disappointed and definitely not an experience I would expect from Starbucks.

    Expensive and not very good taste. You have to wait to get a table, wifi was not working and they rarely clean the tables up after.

    Siamo venuti con mia moglie a scoprire Roma e abbiamo fatto un salto da Starbucks. Il responsabile del negozio ci ha accolti in modo eccellente e ci ha offerto un piccolo regalo. Sipariş verirken Türkiye’de Starbucks’ta çalıştığımı söylediğimde, mağaza müdürü Cresdenia’nın bana İtalya temalı You Are Here koleksiyonundan bir ürünü hediye etmesi, hiç beklemediğim kadar güzel bir sürpriz oldu. 🤍 Bazen küçücük bir jest, bir insanın kalbine kocaman dokunabiliyor. Bu ince düşüncen, içtenliğin ve güzel kalbin için sana çok teşekkür ederim Cresdenia. İtalya’da geçirdiğim bu güzel yolculuğun anıları arasında, senin bu güzel dokunuşunun yeri hep ayrı olacak. İyi ki hayatımda bir ana dokundun. 🤍💖🇮🇹 Grazie di cuore, Cresdenia. ✨

    Il caffè come lo vuoi tu??? Direi proprio di no, costoso e non riescono a fare quello che chiedi, sono dei "robot", per questo fanno fatica a competere con i bar, non c'è empatia e professionalità, ti bevi quello che la macchina fa perché non hanno tempo da dedicarti e allora Ciao, paghi tanto per avere poco e male. Sconsigliatissimo, solo il turista forse può apprezzare non capendo cosa voglia dire avere realmente quel che si chiede.

    Volevo uno "Strawberry cream Frappuccino" con latte senza lattosio. Ma credo che non ci siamo capiti e durante il ritiro mi e' arrivato uno "Strawberry Matcha Reimagine Frappuccino"😅 Ma non importa perche' alla fine con mia sorpresa era molto buono e ha superato le mie aspettative. Il posto e' gradevole e pulito, mi e' piaciuto molto il murales della sirena. La cassiera era gentile e vivace, come il resto del personale, il servizio di consegna e' stato veloce e il mio ordine e' arrivato dopo un minuto, quindi nell'insieme ha reso gradevole questo esperienza🍓✨
