    Today I bought 2 mugs from the City Collection and accidentally grabbed the same mug twice. After I left the shop I noticed my mistake and went immediately back in. I asked to switch one mug. So I‘d have one Florence and one Milano as indented. I told the cashier my situation and asked to switch. I still had the receipt and the mugs from the City Collection all cost the same. But she refused. For her the Discussion was over. No intention for a good customer service. I know sometimes company processes can be strict, but I was willing to make a reclamation get my money back and then buy the other one. But instead she just said: „don’t worry about it“. Her college looked at my and loughed about me. The was absolutely disgraceful.

    Slow service Wrong name Tasteless as I asked for iced Carmel macchiato as I do in the rest of the world and it was definitely a wrong ratio as it tasted like a colored milk

    I was really pleased to find a Starbucks. Italian coffee is almost always in small cups and I just wanted a decent size drink. And they even had skinny milk

    Chtěl jsem zaplatit sendvič 100 € bankovkou a byl jsem obviněný že je falešná 😂 byl jsem nucen zaplatit kartou ! Bylo mi vyhrožováno přivolání Carabineru . Obsluha se chovala nepřátelsky !!! Nedoporučuju návštěvu tohoto podniku !!!

    Qualità e prezzi da autogrill, ma l'ambiente è super sia sotto il profilo degli avventori che degli spazi, degli arredi e della possibilità di potersene stare del tutto tranquilli a gustare le proprie pietanze o bevande, a leggere, studiare, conversare o quant'altro per tutto il tempo che si desidera nella sala al piano superiore.

    Sono stata servita da Lidia che è stata veramente carinissima, il cookies è un classico biscotto burroso starbucks buono, ma per il latte macchiato con caramello veramente top, anche perché mi ha proposto di metterlo in tazza e non nel bicchiere di carta.

    Sono molto lenti e portano sempre ordini sbagliati. Ma l'atmosfera è piacevole. Chiudere dopo le 19:30 è del tutto illogico; credo che non vogliano fare soldi.L'atmosfera è incantevole. Affidabile. Ottimo per lavorare. Un'ottima opportunità per socializzare. La focaccia, il club sandwich, la torta al cioccolato e i muffin sono fantastici. Il miglior caffè che abbia mai bevuto in Italia. Provate il flat white.

    今回はシナモンロールも買ってみました。パン生地が美味しいから、今まで食べたシナモンロールの中で一番美味しいと思いました！ チョコとヘーゼルナッツのハードパンは お気に入りでリピートです^ ^

    My 12-year-old ordered a Macha Latte, as usual, but this one (16/02/26) tasted bad, it was not at all the usual taste. She requested changing it: refused. She has little money, and that drink is expensive, so it was very disappointing to walk away having paid for nothing, with staff who did not care at all for customer dissatisfaction. Low quality Starbucks Bergamo, low.

    Servizio pessimo, 4 volta che ordino da loro tramite Deliveroo, ma non sanno chiudere i bicchieri dei caffè. Pensavo migliorassero il servizio a distanza di 5 mesi ma niente. Non hanno ancora imparato a chiudere i bicchieri, assurdo. Ho dovuto mandare via il povero rider con l’ordine annacquato dal caffè. E se tu provi a chiamarli manco rispondono
