    Starbucks è una catena di caffè statunitense fondata a Seattle nel 1971. Parte di essa è la più grande catena del suo genere al mondo, con 28 720 punti vendita in 78 paesi, di cui 12 000 negli Stati Uniti. I punti vendita di Starbucks vendono esclusivamente la propria marca di caffè (macinato o in grani), tè, bevande, pasticcini, utensili e macchine da caffè, ma l'obiettivo principale dell'azienda è quello di "fornire un'esperienza al consumatore", vale a dire offrire ai propri clienti un servizio unico che non troverà nei caffè di un'altra marca. Oltre al classico locale, Starbucks ha sviluppato un particolare concept store, la "Roastery"; la prima è stata aperta a Seattle nel 2013. Starbucks prevede di aprire 20 o 30 spazi simili, tra cui uno a Shanghai inaugurato nel dicembre 2017. Il gruppo prevede inoltre di aprire ulteriori "Roastery", ma con il marchio "Starbucks Reserve brand", con un logo diverso da quello dei caffè tradizionali.     This is not the best Starbucks in the world, and they have some margin of improvement: but everything has to be ranked in its context, and right there in the centre of Milan, this coffee shops just *shines* compared to other neighbouring bars, even more expensive ones.  They excel in coffee quality and coffee culture, while the staff is polite and genuine at the same time.  One particular girl who works there, was able to describe the coffee roasting profile of the beans in use, and this is a type of information that most baristas in Milan just have no clue about. Thank you!

    Miriam very bad service when i requested for slight change in my drink was very rude, and for kylier as well overall very bad communication with customers in not trying to listen to their request. And while sitting they both are talking about us in italian as if we’re not understanding them

    It’s a unique Starbucks experience. The breakfast was very good, though the place was absolutely packed and even had a line outside. Despite the crowd, it was still a fun place to visit.

    Americano tall was too watery , prefer the smaller one !  the people that work there are great and very kind and helpful, but the place is super busy and the cleaning is inadequate unfortunately... Dirty floor and tables.. you don't expect that in the heart of Milan

    Oggi io e un mio amico siamo entrati da starbucks. La fila era vuota quindi sono rimasta con lui anche se non desideravo nulla da consumare. Una delle due cassiere di nome Denise, con tono esageratamente arrogante e scocciato mi ha detto di uscire dalla fila in modo non gentile. Ha usato un tono altamente scortese e non professionale spero si possano prendere provvedimenti perché il servizio presente in una catena come starbucks e importante per l esperienza del cliente. Non mi è mai successo di incontrare un lavoratore così scortese sono veramente delusa anche perché sono una cliente abituale di questo starbucks in particolare.

    I enjoyed being able to use their WiFi setup to discuss business matters over vidocall. The registration for WiFi confused me, but it makes a lot of sense; order to get a code, connect and register, then use the code for Internet access so that you can activate your registration in under five minutes. After activation you should be able to access the Internet for a long time. Four stars, because I would have liked the option to get instructions for the WiFi, for example by making a document with a manual accessible from the registration page. If it's there I didn't notice.

    Leider waren wir dort um die Mailänder Espressotassen zu kaufen, leider gab es die nicht aber die nette Dame hat uns erklärt, dass leider keine mehr geliefert werden.
