    The experience is awful. The staff are incredibly rude and not caring. I ordered an iced matcha with Vanilla syrup. The match tasted like cow milk. I go to staff and tell them about it and their response is “matcha is made of milk”. No way it’s made of milk, but it doesn’t mean it should taste like cow milk, it should taste like matcha. However, the lady in glasses is acting like she doesn’t understand or she genuinely has low IQ. For example, If I order a cappuccino, and it tastes like water, then it’s not made properly. Even if it’s made of water, it doesn’t mean it should taste like water, it should taste like cappuccino. The same logic applies to any drink. It looks like the staff doesn’t care at all. After an experience like this, you will not want to go to Starbucks in any places on earth. This particular Starbucks location is setting a bad image for the brand, and management should really reconsider their strategy and train their staff properly how to treat their customers and maintain good image of the brand. When you are paying for a drink, you expect the drink to taste like it should normally taste.

    Très mal organisé , Une attente indéterminable Patisserie congelé Personne à la caisse extrêmement mal aimable Venu ce jour le 16 août et je je reviendrai pas , j’achète un Thermos pour offrir j’ai demandé un sac pour le mettre la caissière a soufflé . Merci à la direction de prendre des mesures .

    Very rude and unfriendly stuff! I've ordered matcha without ice and got with. When I pointed this out in a polite way the lady grabbed it with anger and instead of prepare me a new one she just poured out the drink into another cup and said "now it's without ice"... I told her that she should prepare a new one but she laughed only... horrible experience...

    Un classico  gradevolissimi i tavolini all'aperto, ma sempre troppa gente troppa coda tavolo di servizio insufficiente per la marea di gente che è in coda a chiedere

    Mosche e moscerini nella pasticceria, code kilometriche, cibo che è del giorno prima (salmone ossidato, insalata appassita, pan carré che comincia ad attorcigliarsi in quanto si sta seccando). Servizi sanitari: la serratura del bagno degli uomini non si può chiudere col risultato che la gente apre la porta mentre ci sei dentro. Davvero una filiale malgestita e lasciata a sé stessa.
