    I would like to submit a formal complaint to Starbucks management regarding a very serious incident that occurred at the Starbucks location in Serravalle Designer Outlet, Serravalle Scrivia, Italy. My family and I came to the store simply to have coffee and breakfast. However, during the ordering process, one of the employees behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. We also felt that her attitude was discriminatory toward my wife, who wears a hijab, and toward us as Arabs. Because I do not speak Italian well, the employee showed clear frustration and spoke disrespectfully with her colleague in front of us. Her behaviour made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that we decided to cancel our order and leave the store. The employee also claimed that she was the manager. If this is true, I find the situation even more concerning, as this kind of behaviour does not reflect the standards I would expect from Starbucks. I respectfully ask Starbucks management to investigate this incident carefully and take the appropriate action. Customers and visitors, regardless of their nationality, language, religion, or appearance, should always be treated with respect and professionalism. أرغب في تقديم شكوى رسمية إلى إدارة ستاربكس بخصوص حادثة خطيرة جدًا وقعت في فرع ستاربكس الموجود في Serravalle Designer Outlet، Serravalle Scrivia، إيطاليا. حضرت أنا وعائلتي إلى المقهى فقط لشرب القهوة وتناول الإفطار. لكن أثناء الطلب، تصرفت إحدى الموظفات بطريقة وقحة جدًا وغير مهنية. كما شعرنا أن أسلوبها كان تمييزيًا تجاه زوجتي التي ترتدي الحجاب، وتجاهنا كعرب. ولأنني لا أتحدث الإيطالية جيدًا، أظهرت الموظفة انزعاجًا واضحًا وتحدثت بطريقة غير محترمة مع زميلتها أمامنا. تصرفها جعلنا نشعر بعدم الارتياح وعدم الترحيب، لدرجة أننا قررنا إلغاء الطلب ومغادرة المقهى. كما ادعت الموظفة أنها المديرة. وإذا كان هذا صحيحًا، فالأمر أكثر إثارة للقلق، لأن مثل هذا التصرف لا يعكس المستوى المتوقع من ستاربكس. أطلب من إدارة ستاربكس بكل احترام التحقيق في هذه الواقعة بعناية واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب. يجب معاملة جميع العملاء والزوار باحترام ومهنية، بغض النظر عن جنسيتهم أو لغتهم أو ديانتهم أو مظهرهم

    The experience is awful. The staff are incredibly rude and not caring. I ordered an iced matcha with Vanilla syrup. The match tasted like cow milk. I go to staff and tell them about it and their response is “matcha is made of milk”. No way it’s made of milk, but it doesn’t mean it should taste like cow milk, it should taste like matcha. However, the lady in glasses is acting like she doesn’t understand or she genuinely has low IQ. For example, If I order a cappuccino, and it tastes like water, then it’s not made properly. Even if it’s made of water, it doesn’t mean it should taste like water, it should taste like cappuccino. The same logic applies to any drink. It looks like the staff doesn’t care at all. After an experience like this, you will not want to go to Starbucks in any places on earth. This particular Starbucks location is setting a bad image for the brand, and management should really reconsider their strategy and train their staff properly how to treat their customers and maintain good image of the brand. When you are paying for a drink, you expect the drink to taste like it should normally taste.

    Très mal organisé , Une attente indéterminable Patisserie congelé Personne à la caisse extrêmement mal aimable Venu ce jour le 16 août et je je reviendrai pas , j’achète un Thermos pour offrir j’ai demandé un sac pour le mettre la caissière a soufflé . Merci à la direction de prendre des mesures .

    Very rude and unfriendly stuff! I've ordered matcha without ice and got with. When I pointed this out in a polite way the lady grabbed it with anger and instead of prepare me a new one she just poured out the drink into another cup and said "now it's without ice"... I told her that she should prepare a new one but she laughed only... horrible experience...
