    This is a great little Starbucks very near the Uffizi Gallery (It was a bit of a walk but I have mobility issues and was able to do it from the square easily). My daughter works for Starbucks and we always try to go to at least one when we are outside of the United States. This one didn't disappoint as a matter of fact they are celebrating pride bigger here in Italy then they were back at home.

    Frecuento este Starbucks regularmente. No tiene las mejores vistas aunque esta bien situado en el centro de Florencia entre El Duomo y el Palazzo Vecchio que, sin estar en la calle principal, es un rincón más tranquilo. A pesar de ser pequeño (muy pocas sillas) y solo tener un baño para todo el mundo, el personal que me encuentro sirviendo a menudo es muy profesional y alegre. Se agradece.

    probably a newly opened cafe, clean, beautiful design, the staff was very nice, smiling, helpful and in clean clothes according to Starbucks standards. I am pleasantly surprised how everything was replenished and attractive. They tried to sell something extra. Only the toilet system is unusual and not very functional - on the receipt you have a code that you enter into your phone via the wifi connection and the QR code on the toilet door...

    Starbucks resta una garanzia in termini di qualità e atmosfera: una catena solida, affidabile, con uno stile riconoscibile ovunque. Tuttavia, proprio perché si tratta di una grande catena internazionale, mi sorprende trovare ancora oggi una scelta così limitata per chi è Celiaco. Le opzioni sono poche e quasi esclusivamente confezionate. In un’epoca in cui l’attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari e alla celiachia è sempre più diffusa, ci si aspetterebbe un aggiornamento del menù, con più alternative fresche e sicure. Starbucks dovrebbe davvero fare uno sforzo in più per diventare più inclusivo anche da questo punto di vista.

    Che posso dire io ho ordinato un Caramel macchiato era buonissimo e insieme anche un biscotto alla Red Velvet, mi sono piaciuti tantissimo. Se tornerò verrò a farvi visita di nuovo

    We had a long day today and we wanted something refreshing and saw this Starbucks, unfortunately we wanted a mango dragon refresher but the lady told me that they didn't have it and she recommended other refreshing drinks and so I got the drink lavender matcha latte with vanilla sweat cream coz she told me that it was good and she's right! Also the place was clean even though the wifi was a bit slow. I think I'll come back again!

    Servizio molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo sbagliato ad ordinare un drink e non si sono fatti problemi a cambiarlo. Riforniti di molte prese, comodo per una sosta pomeridiana soprattutto se siete dei turisti a cui serve caricare il telefono

    Caffè orrendo . Servizo mediocre e non dei migliori . Per non parlare dei bagni : un solo bagno e non c'era differenza tra il bagno delle femmine e quello dei maschi . Solamente il luogo  si salva il resto una delusione.

    Servizio del personale pessimo. Scarsa professionalità e educazione dello staff. Ordine sbagliato e nonostante le diverse sollecitazioni, il prodotto ordinato non è stato quello richiesto. Vi consiglio di evitare il posto se non volete rimanere delusi.

    Ambiente carino e buon cibo ma avevo ordinato un frappuccino ed un muffin riscaldato e mi hanno portato un cappuccino caldo con muffin freddo

    completely scammed, charged €8.50 for a drink and it was absolutely disgusting, added in syrups without informing me and the drink was pure sugar, undrinkable. i am shocked that starbucks allows this to happen!!
