    This Starbucks is Dante's bottom ring of hell in the middle of Florence. The air-conditioning is weak, dripping water in the middle of the outlet, forcing you to navigate buckets and mops. There is no 5G field, and their wifi promises a PIN by email that never arrives! To top it all, patrons are constantly getting locked in the toilet, banging on the door in the hope that someone comes to their rescue!

    Such a wonderful and friendly place. Has a great atmosphere. My friend fell into a 5.5-hour deadly sleep here, and nobody bothered us, but the air conditioners are not cold enough.

    Horrible. The baristas are incredibly disorganized. For the same reason”refreshas,” people who were way behind me in line got their drinks first. They just do not seem to care at all. I prefer the other Starbucks by the Duomo, since they are much better organized. It is a disaster here.

    늘 Starbucks - Firenze Cerretani 지점 가다가 근처라 지나갈 길 있어 방문 상대적으로 조용해서 추천. 잔이나 기념품으로 구매할 것들은 부족함. 아침에 좀 늦게 시작해서 잘 안 갔음.

Dışarıdan giden yabancı kişinin çoğu zaman internet bağlantısı olmadığı için orada hem internete bağlanmak hem de birseyler içmek için gider. Bizde o amaçla gittik ama hayal kırıklığı.     I just had the bad experience in this place that lots of people have, based on the comments I read here. The staff is very rude, the guy at the register demanded change in cash I didn’t have and then he also said I couldn’t use the toilet even though I had a ticket and hadn’t left the store yet. I thought a Starbucks is a Starbucks everywhere but I was wrong! With so many people looking for an honest job in Florence, you gotta deal with the worst staff. Never going back there!

    Il cibo e le bevande sono come in tutti gli altri Starbucks e quindi a mio avviso buoni. Tuttavia siamo in centro a Firenze… lo spazio è poco e il caos è tanto. Molte bevande mancavano perché terminate. Coda un po’ lunga e brutti posti a sedere. Piacevole per uno spuntino, magari non in orari di punta come il pomeriggio.
