    Hat alles gepasst, wir waren des öfteren hier bei unserem Besuch in Venedig. Vor allem war Sara an der Kassa sehr freundlich.

    Le macchiato au caramel etait le meilleur de ma vie, le personnel malgré le monde etait tres agreable et souriant, le muffin a la myrtille etait aussi super, j’y ai pris tout mes petits dejeuner pendant 5 jours

    Obwohl es noch geöffnet war wollte man uns nichts mehr verkaufen, obwohl es wirklich nicht lange dauert einen Kaffee zu machen. Sehr schade, da ich eigentlich sehr gerne einen Stopp bei Starbucks mache.

    Byliśmy w Starbucks w sobotę około 8:30 rano. Jak widać, prawie nie było ludzi, więc było bardzo spokojnie. Obsługa była świetna i bardzo miła. Wzięliśmy kawę na wynos. Zdecydowanie polecam przyjść tu wcześnie rano.

    We went for a coffee break, the coffee was hideous, very bad, we had a cold brew and a frappe, the cold brew was nothing but bitter, no flavor at all, and the cherry on the top was the bathroom, where is only one, long line and after I waited 20 min to go, after I quit there was a rude employee whom yelled at me that the bathroom is only for customers, what customer service is that, unbelievable, that is gross and really unprofessional, no more Starbucks for me, no wonder the brand loses money day by day

    I usually collect city mugs from Starbucks in every city I visit, so I was happy to find one in Venice and stopped by with my daughter. After paying for the Venice city mug, I was holding the receipt and briefly handed the cup to my daughter so I could adjust my backpack. At that moment, a male staff member approached us out of nowhere and, in a very suspicious and accusatory tone, asked, “Did you pay for that?” There was no “excuse me” or any basic courtesy—just an immediate assumption that we were stealing. I showed him the receipt, and instead of apologizing, he simply shook his head in an annoyed manner and walked away. Being treated like a thief in front of my daughter was extremely unpleasant and humiliating. I understand staff need to be vigilant, but basic respect and manners should never be optional. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a small, meaningful moment during our trip.

    Sono rimasta abbastanza delusa da questa esperienza da Starbucks. C’era una coda molto lunga e il servizio non è stato all’altezza: la cassiera era frettolosa, poco accogliente e non mi ha nemmeno lasciato il tempo di ordinare con calma. Nessun sorriso, nessuna attenzione al cliente, sembrava solo voler finire il prima possibile. Anche la bevanda non mi ha soddisfatta: sinceramente l’ho trovata meno buona rispetto a quella di McDonald’s, cosa che non mi aspettavo considerando il prezzo più alto. Quando si paga di più, ci si aspetta anche una qualità e un servizio migliori. Mi dispiace perché in altri Starbucks, come quello di Bologna, mi sono trovata molto meglio: meno fila, personale gentile e drink preparati con cura. Qui invece l’esperienza è stata decisamente sotto le aspettative.

    Everything is ruined by the bathroom experience. It’s a mess, used toilet paper one the floor, door doesn’t lock, one toilet cabin for everyone, no water(!) and soap. And a huge line. You have like 6 stuff room, couldn’t make a proper toilet? It’s disgusting.
