Amazing place to spend some time and take a rest when Venice is experiencing scorching heat in mid-summer. Surprisingly there are usually vacant seats before 11h, and more tourists arrive afterwards.

    To busy

What a dreadful starbucks.  I get that the staff are busy, and with that comes an element of stress, but they prioritise certain drink types over others which meant we had to wait 20 minutes for all of our drinks. Paid for a venti latte and the barista only 3/4 filled the cup. Just for once the British actually make coffee better than the Italians!

I came to starbucks for a simple refresha. I walked into a queue. The queue wasn’t any sort of normal queue. It was the size of the eiffel tower sideways and had many human beings inside. I arrived to the till and the ladies english was questionable. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt seen that we’re in Italy but we eventually conveyed our order to us. After a 30 second wait a coffee appeared. It didn’t have my name spelt right. I waited another whole minute and my refresha arrived. Italian coffee is too strong for me but the refresha was indeed refreshing and I felt refreshed. There were no chairs to sit down so we had to go. After asking to pull a chair, an agressive lady 😑wouldn’t let me and reserved it with her bag. There wasn’t any seating on the second floor and the tables were dirty. Good job I didn’t have to sit on them. The refresha had frozen dragonfruit which was great and felt luxury. I wouldn’t go again however since it was €6.50 and you could get a local fresh juice for €3

Great place to escape the heat. Cool AC, refreshing drinks, and plenty of seating upstairs. The wifi leaves a lot to be desired but hey, you can't have it all.

No straws for iced drinks.. They *ran out* and instead are offering the waffle straw which is a sweet.. not a straw. ...

I asked for a strawberry frappe,  and they gave me a Matcha, and really messed up my name. I had to go up and ask where my order was and they gave me this after 30 minutes. They were also kinda rude after I pointed out the situation.

It's a little tight inside, but has a very spacious restroom. The queue at the counter was quite long, and seating was limited, so finding a place to sit took some patience. What really stood out was the unique color palette, shockingly yet elegantly red. It's a bold choice for Starbucks, but it surprisingly blends well with the Venice inspired surroundings, giving the store a distinctive character that's different from the usual Starbucks experience.

Great stuff, fast service, big portions

Very cool spot to hang out and have coffee, they have a wide variety of collectible mugs and reusable cups and tumblers.

Welcome to Starbucks Venice, or as I now know it as. queuing simulator. Crammed in like sardines for what felt like 3-5 working days, watching entitled people kick off that their drink wasn’t 300* or whatever. Cost enough to renovate my house for the price of 2 drinks and a mug, and to top it off, my drink was made wrong too but I instead chose to make a joke instead of scream at the staff like others had done. 1 out of 5 burnt beans.

The toilets were not clean and serviceable. Straight up unhygienic.

Sinceramente servizio deludente , prodotti non all’altezza delle aspettative
