    Passo spesso la mia pausa in questo locale e ci torno sempre volentieri, soprattutto grazie alle ragazze del turno del pomeriggio (verso le 17:45). Sono davvero fantastiche! Nonostante ci sia sempre una gran mole di lavoro da gestire, riescono a mantenere tutto sotto controllo con grandissima professionalità e il sorriso sulle labbra. L'unica nota negativa riguarda il loro collega maschio. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che capita: ha il brutto vizio di sparire e lasciarle da sole proprio nel momento di massimo rush. Come se non bastasse, quando finalmente si è degnato di presentarsi in cassa, è arrivato pure con una serie di lamentele sarcastiche decisamente fuori luogo. Un applauso immenso va ancora una volta alle ragazze, che con la loro bravura e pazienza riescono a salvare sempre la situazione e a rendere l'esperienza ottima per i clienti!

    Was really wanting an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and this place has them! The food and drink menu is a little different from the American one, but has great new options. All the employees were very nice and service was pretty quick. It also has some room to sit down and is located in a convenient area.

    Incredibly frustrating experience. Waited in line for quite a while to be told they were out of ice and doing hot drinks only so we sat down and waited for them to restock the ice. Once the ice was restocked we waited in a long line yet again to then be told they were out of mango dragonfruit refresha. No worries, I order a cherry pomegranate instead. I then wait quite a long time for it to be ready then the barista tells me they have just ran out of cherry pomegranate too so I had to then get strawberry acai which I did not like and couldn’t even drink. To be out of so many items in a day I have to assume poor management. Giving 2 stars only for the clean and calm atmosphere upstairs and cool AC.

    Es el único Starbucks del mundo con un frapuchino de mal sabor. Parece que los que trabajan aquí tienen la encomienda de hacer ver mal a la cadena. Tienen que hacer algo. Es mi segunda vez que vengo y sigue igual. Todos se quejan porque sabemos que el sabor es igual en cualquier lugar del mundo menos aquí. Bueno y para concluir espera a que te grite o te ofenda el personal. No tienen educación en esta tienda. Puedes dudarlo pero lee todos los comentarios. Así que si esperas la experiencia de siempre de esta cadena no vengas a este lugar a tomar un mal café y a que los que preparan el café te ofendan y te maltraten.

    Guter netter Service, lecker. Ein spezifischer Bezug der Produkte um Ort wäre gut und als Erinnerung treffend. Normtassen mit Namen gibt es überall.

    This store never opened on the days I wanted to go. It was closed at 7:30 am still, went back at 9:30 am.
